NEWS: A Hamilton County judge has granted a preliminary injunction to the players suing the NCAA in the state of Ohio in the age-based eligibility (5-in-5) case.

A lot of these players already have schools lined up or are still with their previous school, in anticipation of these dominoes falling.
The 4 year 2026 grad class would be the only class without any COVID consideration, and cut off from 5 in 5.
This fight was inevitable.

Our initial focus will be basketball players who just completed their 4th season and have been unfairly excluded from a 5th year of competition. Once again, the NCAA has proven that it will act arbitrarily with the enforcement of its rules. We will hold them accountable.

Congratulations to my former Hutchinson Community College teammate Tristan on getting his eligibility restored. His outcome gives hope to many of us still waiting for our futures to be decided.
Every day that passes is another day athletes affected by the NCAA v. Pavia JUCO eligibility case remain in limbo. We have trained, sacrificed, and done everything asked of us. Now we're simply asking for a timely decision and fair treatment.
I'm ready to play, ready to contribute, and open to any opportunity this season. The game shouldn't be taken away from athletes while we wait for legal clarity.
Respectfully, it's time for action. Let these athletes get back on the field and continue pursuing their dreams.
