Seriously disappointed that @IKEAUK cancelled my next day delivery and then rebooked it for next week and no commutation ! What a joke!

After 4 months of @BritishGasHelp engineer braking my toilet they sent someone out who cannot fix it. This is ridiculously silly now. Going to take this further. #crap#badserice. #dontcareaboutcustomers@
Feel really let down by @marksandspencer who delivered the wrong sofa yesterday which was also damaged and wet. They said they would contact me to find out where is went but I’ve seen a new order for another 3 months. No communication #badservice #noapoligy

Consultant has just out the phone down on me after holding 30 mins @BritishGasHelp due to them damaging my properly 3mnts ago and hasn’t been resolved

@BritishGasHelp have the cheek to send me a text about engineer and parts being ordered after they have failed for the last 4 months. Oh this is the 5th attempts in them sending parts absolutely idiots, liars and do not return calls.
