It’s my birthday 🎂 and I have an announcement!!! 🥳
I launched my OF! 🍾🎊
This has been something I’ve been considering + talking w/ my therapist (lol) for a long time now. As a public survivor of image based sex abuse for a while I felt this was “off limits” for me 🧵 1/6

This story is psychopathic.
He gave her & her roommate fentanyl and lied and said it was coke. He then raped her, sent a photo of her half naked body, and then waited to tell campus security they “drank too much.”
Let him rot in prison.
FIT student dead after being drugged, raped in her NYC dorm: prosecutor trib.al/Xk0UFh8
No. We SHOULD be mad at it & we should call it what it was: rape.
She took K w/ a guy she THOUGHT was her friend. Not strangers. & agreeing to a threesome in a frat house doesn’t give her any culpability in her own rape.
Framing it like this is harmful & victim blaming.
So much as been written on The Cornell Seven, but always read @helenlewis: theatlantic.com/ideas/2026/1…
"Respecting women is incompatible with drug-fueled orgies where the “shop” is “open,” regardless of how consensual said orgy may or may not be."
Actually you CAN respect women & have drug-fueled orgies believe it or not!
This was a gang rape, not an orgy.
A senior at Harvard observes “a narrative emerging among young people that more than just consent is required to make a sex act ethical.”
“In the Cornell Daily Sun, a student says fraternities function as ‘a market, where women are seen as commodities.’”
“A Dartmouth contributor lambasts frat culture where brothers ‘humiliate and degrade’ and that teaches ‘men to treat women and each other like subhuman objects.’”
“The emerging picture is of a sexual ethic that cannot be satisfied simply by one liberal-autonomous agent assenting to the action of another. The new ethic requires upholding the dignity and respect of the human being involved. Respecting women is incompatible with drug-fueled orgies where the ‘shop’ is ‘open,’ regardless of how consensual said orgy may or may not be.”

There is a line as an attorney where you can talk about rape from the context of elements of the offense without crossing over into misogyny. I fear many do not know where that line is. And it says a lot. I won’t say about what, but you all know.
Supposedly Hinge now blocks screenshots for certain regions. Because yes we should make it EASIER for rapists to find victims, unmatch, and get away with it

What do Amanda Seyfried, Joey Bada$$ and Gloria Steinem have in common? They all support my CREEP Act.
Stalking destroys lives, but New York’s laws still leave too many survivors vulnerable. The CREEP Act modernizes our laws for a world where harassment has gone digital.
Hot take?: being a sugar baby (or any other SW) shouldn’t disqualify you from holding a government position…

My article in USAToday about Epstein using Tinder and Hinge to meet women and cozying up to Barry Diller. No surprise they let Dr. Stephen Matthews use their rape apps for his spree of drugging and assaulting women throughout Denver.

My personal politics put me close to progressive Democrats on most issues. I am a long critic—or at least skeptic—of US sanctions on Cuba, including most recent measures that exact collective punishment.
But this statement is extremely disappointing in its reductionism.

For perspective on Sandro Castro's purchase of a $50,000 nightclub, most Cubans live on salaries that go from $15 a month to maybe $40-50, and all of that goes to immediate needs.
Taking all their income and consuming none of it, it'd take 277 years at $15 a month and 87 at $50
