I use a custom preview server for most work, and then a live tunnel which allows it to use playwright cli in headed mode (headless blocked by CF). But it needed --disable-web-security --disable-features=IsolateOrigins,site-per-process to deal with the iframe at some point

Similar this week. Fable seems to rinse the session limits. Accidentally left it on instead of switching back to opus and had to take an early lunch 😅
Been really enjoying herdr this week: herdr.dev/ scratched an itch that I really needed. Self contained and works with the workflow I had, but massively helped with cognitive load. Been thoroughly enjoying ripping their multiple worktrees in parallel. Joyous.

We're not fully web components, but have a mix with BFS on both our apps. Have come across a few of these issues and just switched out for HTML equivalents a lot of the time. That only works on the embedded surface of course 🙈
Had to conditionally apply the slot and props, so that we render them in body full width for the mobile app only based on the shopify.environment variables and hides them from the other spots.... It all works but not a great DX, ending up with more light wrapper components 🙈
s-modal and s-page actions are a bit wonk on the mobile app. Seems like app bridge `display none`s actions and then the app hoists only primary action as an icon, using a default "+" if not set. And then the slot buttons don't actually do anything anyway when clicked 😅

If you aren't rocking a 52.6kbps, what are you even doing? 🤣

That's so specific that it might just be true. I believe it
A way to register required app blocks so the merchant is asked at app install time if they're okay to add them (customer account extensions, app theme blocks, and so forth). Merchants can choose not to, but default to install. Would save a lot of clunkyness during onboarding

Ya, always felt a bit clunky, even with deep links. I'm not sure I understand why you can't register block intent and then the merchant gets asked if they want to activate them during install. Bit like the Google oauth permissions grant. Just solves for the majority up front

Had similar user. "I've been coding since 1990 and a certified security systems engineer...."
Ok? That applies to membership platforms how? I guess some folks need another medal or something. The energy investment for those just isn't worth it
Same boat. Way more than 15. Through enough legacy pricing decisions and pickier customers, it was sometimes easier to give some custom prices than avoid a sale. I don't think we could use it atm with these limits (not to mention still uncertainty on migrating mantle billing)
Skilled in e-commerce, customer focused, inquisitive, pleasure to work with - would recommend! ♥️ xitter.cf/Benjdotxyz/status/2074…
