A selfie, no less, with his own phone.
Brad Lander went all the way to Israel hoping that he would get a photo op to show he's being oppressed by the Israeli government, and the best he could do is a sad face picture on an air conditioned bus passing a security checkpoint. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Brad.

Mehdi once wrote a book about how to win an argument even when you know you’re wrong. The trick is to be manipulative and dishonest. Mehdi has never to my knowledge talked seriously about the Israeli historical experience as he demands of me for Palestinians. And Mehdi is accusing me of ignoring Palestinians in an interview that, though it was meant to be focused on the Israeli experience, talked a lot about Palestinians. I’m starting to think Mehdi isn’t an entirely trustworthy guy.
Long answer, the word Palestinian is missing from it. But of course. The existence of the Palestinians is, and always has been, the single biggest problem for Zionism.

Clifton High School (NJ) just hosted a benefit concert by the Palestinian Youth Movement’s Youth Ensemble and singer Aya Khalaf. The organizers openly describe it as “cultural production as a site of struggle for national liberation… one of its most vital frontlines.” Clifton’s own facility policy says schools “will not be granted for the advantage of any political activity.” This is a public high school with Palestinian flags, keffiyehs, “liberation” framing and clearly not a welcoming environment for anyone who is Jewish. Why was this approved? @CliftonBOE @CliftonHS #CliftonNJ #NYCSchools #Antisemitism

Shavua Tov. I stand with @Shayndi! Keep blocking reporters who are trying to pass their opinions of Israel as news.

Where are they shooting from? Oh, from regular homes. And then they complain about Gaza being flattened.

Let me make this abundantly clear. Jewish Americans didn’t abandon the Democratic Party. The Democratic Party abandoned them.

Its pretty simple, Israel protects its civilians, Hamas hides behind theirs. Also half of those number for "Palestinians" are soldiers for Hamas, yes even teens who they train from babies to kill. Lets not play games with fake numbers

Hot take: but I live in a master planned traditional Roman Catholic community in Florida. If my town gets to exist, so does this.
🇺🇸✡️ WATCH: Historic Milestone in Florida as Over 80 Orthodox Jewish Families Move Into New $100 Million-Plus Community and Schools Open More than 80 families from New York have moved into Lakefront Estates, where schools have now opened. Dozens more families are expected in the coming weeks, following reported investment of hundreds of millions of dollars in the project. Located in Glades County near Lake Okeechobee, Lakefront is a purpose-built residential community. The broader development plan calls for up to 1,000 single-family homes and 300 rental units. The vision goes beyond housing: plans include synagogues, mikvahs, boys’ and girls’ schools, a yeshiva, a kollel, kosher shopping and medical services. Developers are targeting families seeking more space and an alternative to soaring housing costs in established Orthodox neighborhoods. Hatzalah South Florida has also begun organizing a local branch, meeting with prospective responders who will serve Lakefront. With families arriving and classrooms opening, the focus now shifts from construction to building the services a growing community needs.

According to @BarackObama, Jews fled Europe, arrived in someone else’s land and became “excessive.” Conveniently missing: The Jewish people’s millennia-old connection to the Land of Israel and centuries of continuous Jewish presence there. Israel’s legitimacy did not begin with European persecution. Neither did Jewish history.

Overnight, the Russians used 39 ballistic missiles and more than 120 attack drones and loitering munitions against our energy and critical infrastructure in Kyiv, the Kyiv region, and Kharkiv. A targeted Russian ballistic missile strike specifically against energy infrastructure – the very infrastructure covered by the ceasefire announced by the American President. The strike was entirely deliberate and demonstrative in its scale – Russia has never before shown such ostentatious disrespect toward the United States. Russia does not consider the American President’s statements strong. Unfortunately, at least 600,000 people are now without power. Outages could become even more widespread. Unfortunately, there is significant damage to facilities and equipment – at 26 facilities of our power system and four facilities in the oil and gas sector. I am grateful to the repair crews, all Ukrainian energy workers, and the personnel of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine for all their efforts to address the aftermath of this Russian strike. Tragically, there have been fatalities and injuries. We ask America and EVERYONE in the world who does not turn a blind eye to reality to respond – and to respond forcefully. Russia has squandered the opportunity for de-escalation and has clearly chosen to continue its insane war of annihilation. We ask President Trump to impose STRONG sanctions on Russia, especially since the Lindsey Graham bill, which was recently passed and signed into law, authorizes and regulates such measures. The American President has all the effective and necessary tools to bring peace closer through strength, justice, and pressure on the aggressor. We ask for additional packages of Patriot missile interceptors for Ukraine. It is entirely fair for us to tell the United States, Europe, and all our partners that no country in the world should be left alone to face such a deranged and pro-war actor as Russia. I am grateful to everyone who helps Ukraine! Peace can only come through strength, and we ask America to remember this principle of Reagan’s. Glory to Ukraine!

At NatCon’s panel on the American Right, Israeli Jews were hit over the head with the message that Israel is losing “young people” (particularly young men) on the American right who don’t feel connected to the tragedy of the Shoah or to biblical sentimentality about Israel. In Israel, we are also losing “young people.” Literally. All the time. Israeli “young people” can give a lesson to their American counterparts in courage, valor, and unbelievable self-sacrifice for one’s nation and family. WATCH this heart-wrenching video of the girlfriend of a 21-year-old soldier who put everything on the line in Lebanon to defend his country from the same enemies and ideologies that threaten America. I hope her pain is one they will never have to know. If these “young people” cannot be moved by their counterparts in Israel risking it all to fight our shared enemies, then I’m not sure they are worth catering to, and it’s up to Israel and her friends to nurture relationships with sensible, honorable young people—true conservatives—who are capable of growing a healthy conservative movement in America. @AmandaMilius @L0m3z @docMJP @WilliamWolfe

Mamdani's statement seemed provocative enough to satisfy the most anti-Zionist, anti-Israel leftist. But portions of New York’s pro-Palestine Left were insistent on saluting Hamas’s savage attack, offering “glory to the martyrs, victory to the resistance”: theatlantic.com/ideas/2026/1…

She was in the middle of weaving a fascinating conspiracy theory about the Fly Dubai hijacking incident. What happened @AnaKasparian?

"Equality of life," eh? Let's try it. Imagine your reaction to this statement on the anniversary of George Floyd's death. "Black lives matter, but also we need to mourn the police lives taken by black people." How does that sound?
Replying to @MeyerLabin
Caveat? That’s not what I call also naming the Palestinians killed that day and after. Inclusion. Equality of life. Those are better words

I don’t understand why the Mayor couldn’t simply give Jews *one day* to mourn the largest mass killing of Jews since the holocaust.
This day is profoundly painful for so many New Yorkers. It marks three years since the horrific war crimes of October 7. On that day, Hamas killed more than 1,100 Israelis and abducted 251 others. We grieve alongside our many friends and neighbors who still carry that unthinkable loss. The suffering did not begin nor end that day. It instead continued through the Israeli government’s devastating, ongoing genocide in Gaza, in which it has killed more than 74,000 Palestinians—including more than 21,000 children. Even since the so-called ceasefire, more than 1,400 Palestinians have been killed. That suffering has intensified with every Israeli bomb dropped on ambulances waiting outside hospitals, every drone strike targeting a residential building or journalist, and every shipment of food aid turned away at a border crossing. Many New Yorkers are reckoning with this unbearable grief, and we mourn alongside them – all while knowing that our tax dollars fund these war crimes. Three years later, we must refuse to accept a world in which occupation and apartheid continue, where war crimes are met with impunity, and our federal government continues its complicity with every arms shipment. To honor the dead, we must fight for a world in which every person can live with freedom, safety, and dignity.

This is the most she could do for the victims of October 7th. No mention of where it happened or who committed the attack... We need to do more to organize the Jewish community and allies to make people like this irrelevant and unelectable.
