Need to find a needle in the haystack over the last six months and a quarter of a trillion events?
Sure how about at 76.3 billion rows/sec? All powered by s3, lambdas and a sprinkle of magic from @tsenart 💪🏼
Tissue boxes near my mum's vicinity are always trick boxes - you think you're getting a complete tissue but she's halved or third'd them in some way.
"You don't need a full tissue it's wasteful". Love her.
"Cloudflare does not have itemized pricing at a line-item level for enterprise agreements. Our pricing model is based on a holistic view of the contract"
@eastdakota when does this get solved @cloudflare?
Please don’t tell the labs but we coded something by hand..
We rewrote MPL’s parser by hand: a lexer for strings nested inside strings, a lossless syntax tree on rowan, then the AST. Heinz explains why, and the post ends with the real parser for you to try yourself. axi.sh/Kxwo2nn
This is what Axiom has done for event data since day one. We specifically designed the architecture for it.
A few gigabytes to multiple petabytes. All multi-tenant, scales progressively, perfect for vibe scale to enterprise scale to frontier lab scale.
I love how @upstash is just the swiss army-knife for anything you're building

hilarious when scrolling past the most vile things about indians and hindus every time I open this site has become the norm
Last year I thought Threads was an existential risk to X.
When Meta puts its full weight behind something -- by injecting the app into Instagram, it’s DEFCON 5:
You have to squeeze out every last drop of growth from all available surfaces to save the app.
However, I started to realize that the opposite was happening:
It was strengthening X.
If you look at any announcement by Zuck, you will see the most rude & toxic comments on the internet.
But when he makes those same announcements on X, people are thrilled about how he’s pushing humanity forward. X is a place where people are excited about the future, so it’s no surprise he and his top lieutenants are using it more than their own app.
Threads — and Bluesky — have effectively quarantined some of the worst people on the internet.
And so I had an epiphany: those apps are X’s anti-abuse systems.

Event-based pricing penalizes most customers for a few whales that have the largest workloads
Replying to @RobStuttaford @axiomhq
we would have to pay HC $1500 monthly for our relatively low volume 😅 Main reason we switched

Can't recommend @axiomhq enough. We're still only paying $25 per month. All our otel ends up there, and our LLMs debugs prod issues super fast with the MCP. We're now moving to physical servers instead of cloud, and it's trivial to set up all the monitoring dashboards we need.
The speed @sqs shipped this from a request to prod shames many other products we use at Axiom 🙇🏽♂️
