Phoned .@specsavers #Banstead because I was running late. Said I would be 10-15 minutes late and would be there ASAP. OK they said. Arrived but was told they wouldn't see me as I was 16 mins late!

Ofwat is set to let the Water Companies give huge bill increases, averaging nearly 8% per year until 2030.
The decision has however been delayed until after the election.
