Hey @courtneyellis , today's laugh of the day comes courtesy of the Merlin app. While listening for birds, it picked up an incessantly loud squirrel and insisted numerous times that it was a Mallard duck. 🦆😂
I may be a glutton for punishment. Since I've committed to completing my novel this year, figured I might as well add some flash fiction stress to my regular stress.😂 It's almost time for the @nycmidnight Flash Fiction Challenge-starts May 31! More info @ nycmidnight.com/ffc

One more note on this point - snowfall forecasts from individual models may continue to flip-flop. However, the signal for strong winds and nosediving temperatures has remained steadfast for over a week. The snow is not the main story with this storm! #ilwx #inwx
[1:47 PM 12/20] Impacts from this storm will be driven by the combination of cold, wind, and snow rather than snow alone. Don’t let your guard down by unimpressive snowfall forecasts; the combined effects will lead to dangerous travel conditions. #ilwx #inwx
ALT Headline: Significant Winter Storm Ahead. Sub Headline: An Early Look at Snowfall Totals. Details: Impacts from this storm will be driven by cold, wind, and snow rather than snow alone. Many locations may not exceed 6 inches of total snow accumulation in northern IL/northwest IN. Snow accumulation window: Thursday PM - Friday AM. ICYMI. I closed out this year's Advent series on the CCDA blog. Grateful for God's strength during these weary times.
So, we wait. I wait. For what?...[Peace]-it is a sense of wholeness or rightness – that things are as God intended them to be in the beginning.

In my usual "day late, dollar short" fashion, it wasn't until last night that I realized that Twitter was apparently imploding. But my pillow was calling me, so....This morning, I decided to pop in literally just to see if it was still here. 😬
O give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; for his steadfast love endures forever.

Do not remember the former things, or consider the things of old. I am about to do a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.
