The soup maxxing continues with Finnish Salmon Soup, as recommended by @alyssaleann. This one was delicious and very fun — I made my own fish broth! Will definitely be making this one again.

Made my second @alyssaleann soup tonight: Chicken and dumplings! It was delicious and super comforting. Almost excited to get sick someday and make it.
Started working through @alyssaleann’s big soup list tonight. First up, chili! So so tasty — definitely my new go to chili. The effort to payoff ratio is wildly good.
(There are twice as many black beans as called for because I didn’t have kidney beans. Otherwise as written).
Deeply and disproportionately bothered by the way Apple Music categorizes genres. Alternative is too big a catch all to mean anything.
