As per sections 298A, 298B, 298C & 298D of Jammu & Kashmir State Ranbir Penal Code, 1932, cow slaughter, possession of beef, etc was a non-bailable crime punishable with 10 years imprisonment and fine.
Sadly, in 2019 the BJP Central Government repealed it.
As a result, since 2019 cow slaughter is permissible in Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
Thanks to @BJP4India, such permissiveness seems to have encouraged stealing of cows, bulls, calves, buffaloes for slaughter, etc.

महार समाज पूरे देश में 0.5% होंगे, महाराष्ट्र में अन् यदलित समाज के लोग लगातार महार समाज से अलग आरक्षण देने यानी आरक्षण के वर्गीकरण की माँग उठा रहे हैं।
ये आदमी उसी फ़्रस्ट्रेशन में ब्राह्मणों-भूमिहारों का खुलेआम चमड़ा निकालने की बात कर रहा है। इसके भौंकने से कुछ नहीं होना, लेकिन इस पर कार्रवाई ना होने से पुलिसिया इक़बाल ख़त्म होगा।
महार समाज में भी अच्छे लोग हैं, जो इसकी इस सड़कर छाप भाषा से सहमत नहीं होंगे। ऐसे ही लोगों के कारण पूरे महार समाज का नुक़सान हो रहा है।
आरक्षण के वर्गीकरण का मामला इनका अन्य पिछड़े दलित समाज से हैं, लेकिन ब्राह्मण-भूमिहार की चमड़ा निकलना सीधे-सीधे हिंसा को बढ़ाने वाला है।
महाराष्ट्र पुलिस क्या राज्य में अराजकता की स्थिति बढ़ाना चाहती है? ये शर्मनाक है।

मध्यप्रदेश में आरक्षण को लेकर जिस तरह से वर्ग संघर्ष की स्थिति दिख रही है वही लगभग पूरे देश में हैं…….
ऐसा नहीं है कि हर वर्ग को लाभ देते हुए सरकारों को इस स्थिति से निकलने का रास्ता नहीं पता है, लेकिन वोट बैंकी की राजनीति के लिए निकलना नहीं चाहते, सिंपल है समझिए:
- OBC में अधिकांश पिछड़ी जातियों को आज भी OBC का आरक्षण का लाभ मिलना शून्य है
- OBC में राजनीतिक-आर्थिक-सामाजिक रूप से संपन्न लोग ही 90% तक इसका लाभ ले रहे हैं
- मध्यप्रदेश में 3 समाज जबरिया OBC हैं, इनके कई विधायक, मंत्री हैं। इस समाज से सबसे अधिक समय तक MP के CM रह चुके हैं
- ये लोग राजनीतिक-आर्थिक-सामाजिक रूप से सवर्णों से बहुत अधिक संपन्न हैं। वास्तव में ये सवर्ण ही हैं
- इनके कारण असली पिछड़े समाज को लाभ नहीं मिल पा रहा है। ऐसे में सिंपल है या तो आरक्षण का। वर्गीकरण करें, या फिर संपन्न समाज को OBC से बाहर
- वर्गीकरण उपयुक्त उपाय है। सशक्त समाज को वर्गीकृत कर असली गरीब-शोषित को उसका हक दें।
