A tour guide approached, picked it up, and returned it – but the driver threw it out again and gave obscene gestures to the tour bus occupants 😡. Littering's an offence under South Africa's environmental laws. The driver could face a fine, and their vehicle might be impounded. We need info on: - The tour guide who tried to intervene - The motorist in the video.
