Discord just keeps having issues one after another.
It’s already bad enough when their support team is very unresponsive, but it was already bad enough trying to get my account back still from the grid ban wave but now it’s even worse because everybody is getting hacked.
It’s just genuinely impossible to get any help from @discord @discord_support.
And it’s genuinely crazy like it’s been over three weeks for me and I don’t even know if I’ll ever get my account back with how bad this is with their support team

Discord’s support system isn’t just slow - it’s broken on a fundamental level
My account got banned for “spam” while I was asleep. 13 violations were added overnight. I didn’t send a single message.

13 violations. 8 more after the ban.
Evidence attached. Timestamps proving I was offline.
And they tell me to "wait a couple of days" and check my devices

I sent @discord_support a new ticket and asked for a human review
Clyde replied with the SAME message
So my question is simple:
Is this real? Will my account actually be unbanned in couple days?
Or is this just another automated lie to close my ticket?
