🔌 A power outage in one country can quickly become a problem for its neighbours. In the Black Sea region, Moldova, Romania and Ukraine are working together, with support from NATO, the EU and the US, to strengthen energy security and build resilience against future disruptions.

Glad to meet NATO PA President @MarcosPerestre1 and Secretary General @benedettabertiw at the Warsaw Security Forum.
I presented @osbbelpol's report on Belarus’s militarization and discussed political prisoners, regional threats, and closer cooperation with @natopa.
The regime has turned Belarus into a platform for Russia’s aggression and a threat to Ukraine, our neighbors, and NATO member states.
Sanctions on its defense industry and enterprises supporting Russia’s war must be maintained and strengthened.
But Belarus is not the regime. Many Belarusians oppose the war, support Ukraine, and face repression for doing so. They need our support.
Lasting regional security requires a free and democratic Belarus.
