Elon Musk becomes deeply moved, and deadly serious, when Bret Baier asks him why he called Sen. Mark Kelly a "Traitor" for pushing to send more US aid and weapons to Ukraine.
Watch every second of his response.
"We should have empathy for the thousands of people dying everyday in the trenches. For no movement in the lines. For the past two years thousands of people have died every week for nothing."
"I take great offense at those who put the appearance of goodness over the reality of it. Those who virtue signal and say we can't give into Russia, but have no solution to stopping thousands of kids dying every day."
"I have contempt for such people and I want to make that clear. Because they're virtue signaling and their lack of a solution means that kids don't have a father. It means parents lost a son. For what? Nothing."

As Thanksgiving approaches, I find myself reflecting on the loved ones we've lost in my family recently. It's been a year filled with grief, challenges, unexpected blessings, and hope.
This Thanksgiving will be especially different. For the first time, I'll be spending it without my honey by my side, as she's in Ontario supporting another family member receiving palliative care.
Despite all the loss and heartache, I still feel incredibly blessed. My son welcomed a beautiful baby into the world, my eldest daughter got engaged, and I've been given an unexpected opportunity to serve my community and hopefully help make our province a better place.
I've devoted much of my life to helping others through some of their darkest moments. I see the opportunity to serve in elected office as another way to continue that work - protecting people, supporting families, and helping build a future filled with greater hope and opportunity.
This weekend, I'll also be thinking about those who have no family to gather with, no food on their tables, or who are quietly struggling just to get by. I know what that feels like. I've been there, and those experiences have shaped who I am and why I care so deeply about others.
If you're fortunate enough to spend Thanksgiving with family or friends, cherish those moments. Have meaningful conversations about the future you want for your children, your loved ones, and your community. Talk about the issues that matter, the changes you'd like to see, and the power we each have to help shape our collective future simply by voting.
Even through grief and hardship, I've learned that there is always room for gratitude, compassion, and hope.
This Thanksgiving, I'm grateful for the people in my life, the opportunities ahead, and the possibility of a brighter future that we can build together.
Wishing you and your loved ones a peaceful and meaningful Thanksgiving. 🍁

It’s interesting to me that no major media outlet in B.C. ever points out that the @bcndp is a Socialist party, committed to destroying the province via socialism.
This is from the NDP’s constitution.

Being in your 50s is confusing...
On paper, I'm 56.
In my head, I'm 37.
At a concert, I'm 25.
After 9pm, I'm 87.
Getting up off the floor, I'm 104.
When someone pisses me off, I'm
14.
But when an 80s song comes on...
I'm 17, drunk in a field, and my mother thinks I'm at a sleepover… ✌🏼

Lots of talk of raising taxes with the #bcpoli election coming up. But the other side of taxation is spending. Almost four years into the Eby era, are we actually seeing prudent capital management or just overspending?
Below is a chart showing BC Provincial Government spending as compared to its revenues since 2000.
For about 22 years, both the Liberals and NDP managed to keep spending roughly matched to revenue, with the Liberals spending slightly less and the Horgan NDP spending slightly more.
Then came David Eby.
The question this election is whether his spending decisions are resulting in better outcomes for British Columbians.
Meet Alex McMillan.
Alex is the former CEO of the B.C. Chamber of Commerce.
He’s a dad.
He’s a long time policy wonk with an expertise in small business.
And he’s the guy who’s gonna beat David Eby in his own riding.
Nobody benefits from a bad economy. It's time to put BC back on track with the Conservative Party of BC. #BCpoli

The purpose of government, and the public services it delivers, is to create value for society and serve the people who fund it. That is the social contract.
Our Constitution speaks of “Peace, Order, and good Government.” Those are not empty words. Government must be competent, responsible, transparent and accountable for the outcomes it produces.
Public institutions should make our communities safer, our economy stronger and our lives better. When services become costly, dysfunctional and unresponsive, citizens have every right to demand answers and better results.
Citizens do not exist to serve government. Government exists to serve citizens. Public servants and elected officials are entrusted with public authority and public money, and that trust carries an obligation to deliver value.
Somehow, we have lost sight of that most basic principle. Government has become focused on preserving and expanding its own institutions, budgets and authority, rather than proving that it is actually delivering better outcomes for the people it exists to serve.

My position is that gender dysphoria is a real, painful condition and that for some adults, the only way they may feel able to resolve that inner conflict is transition. If that’s the road they choose I wish them long life and happiness and I would vigorously oppose any discrimination against them when it comes to employment, housing or voting rights.
I do not believe children have the capacity to consent to treatments that may leave them infertile and, in some cases, anorgasmic. Multiple studies have shown that gender dysphoria in childhood and adolescence is not uncommon, for gay kids particularly, but it also occurs in, for example, straight girls who hate the idea of becoming women and sometimes, tragically, in children who’ve been abused. The available evidence shows that in the majority of cases, gender dysphoria resolves after the person has gone through adolescence. I am strongly opposed to the experimental treatment of blocking puberty in dysphoric children. I believe trans activists have behaved hugely unethically and irresponsibly in pretending that there is good evidence that these treatments are beneficial (there isn’t), that puberty blockers are completely reversible (there is a mounting body of evidence to suggest they aren’t) or that children are likely to kill themselves if denied blockers (there is no evidence to support this and suicide prevention charities warn against making such statements, due to the very real danger of suicide contagion.)
Of course, not all trans-identified people are dysphoric. Erotic transvestism, also known as autogynephilia, (getting a sexual thrill out of dressing as/pretending to be a woman) has been around for a very long time. I believe lesbians are entitled to exclude straight, cross-dressing men from their dating pools without being accused of bigotry and worse (same goes for gay men with trans-identified women). It’s profoundly homophobic to attack gay people for being same-sex attracted.
I don’t believe anyone, adult or child, is ‘born in the wrong body.’ That is an unfalsifiable, quasi-religious belief. A person may *feel* as if they’re in the wrong body, but humans cannot literally change sex. However they identify, men don’t belong in the single-sex spaces for which women fought so hard.
