Adobe shipped passwordHashGenerate/Verify for #ColdFusion, but only on CF2025.
I backported it to CF2016-2023, Lucee #cfml 5/6/7 & BoxLang. Same API, byte-for-byte identical hashes. One JAR + CFC. Write CF2025 code now, change nothing when you upgrade.
