36 years as a friend, 24 years as a colleague. I have no words. So many wonderful times & stories. Thoughts & prayers with the family x
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Stephen Fox, beloved Headteacher at Ardley Hill Academy.
Mr Fox joined Ardley in 2020 and the school has gone from strength to strength. Stephen was a fantastic school leader and an incredibly likeable person that supported people and made everyone feel valued; a true gentleman and friend to many.
Our condolences are with Stephen’s family at this difficult time.
Such a great trip with @DTWEGeography this week!! Looking forward to taking our @Thomas_Alleynes students next April for some new experiences!!
Had *the* most fantastic half-term exploring Iceland with @DTWEGeography and @mwright_sci - so many fantastic ideas to take back to the classroom and to incorporate into our 2026 trip with 40 awesome students from @Thomas_Alleynes
Goodbye and good luck to year 13! My last form group for a little while as I take on a new role!! They’ll all be missed, and so many characters that will long be remembered! @Thomas_Alleynes

Last month, four students from @Thomas_Alleynes joined our medical workforce for a week of work experience 👨⚕️👩⚕️
They had the opportunity to shadow consultants in clinics, ward rounds and theatre 🏥
We hope to offer this experience again soon!
