1. D'ici 30 jours, les habitations situées dans les zones jugée dangereuses doivent être démolies. Aucune nouvelle construction dans les zones sinistres avant étude préalable. La liste est sur le document joint ici.
2. D'ici 15 jours, chaque résidence, chaque véhicule, chaque boutique doit avoir au moins un extincteur fonctionnel !
3. Une brigade de protection civile est créé. Financée par la province, elle aura pour rôle de s'assurer de léexécution sans faille de ces mesures.
4. Tout ceci sera coordonné par le service de la protection civile, qui vient d'être aussi créé et qui est sous l'autorité du gouverneur de province.

In Uganda, King Oyo, King of Toro people (western Uganda) has died this evening at 34 years. He became King in 1995 when he was 3yrs. He reportedly of cancer after being admitted to hospital outside the country.
The significance of the development is that many Rwandans who repatriated from Uganda, lived in the Tooro Kingdom. The refuge camps that hosted them are located in that region.

On Tuesday evening, a serious accident occurred at Nyabugogo Bus Terminal when two public passenger buses collided and crashed into another bus that was loading passengers. Fortunately, no fatalities were reported in the accident.
