@porterit_ is shirking their responsibility. Chaos in delivery. No calls since yesterday. Why did @anandmahindra invested in this? Their partners call but their employees don't... #porter_cant_deliver
Yesterday Porter partner refused to complete shifting because we refused to pay 10k. After that I requested Porter to arrange alternative. They're yet to call me. People tell me to change date and time in app. But app doesn't allow edit post 30 minutes of original call time.
Now I'm told via porter partner to create a new request. When we created a new request the price went up by 2,000. Very good business model. Hope #AnandMahindra sir is reading this.
