Tribal Leadership’s “I’m great, and you’re not” mindset won’t disappear just because our teammates are AI agents. We may still reject feedback from agents and fight to be the smartest in the room. Even when we’re the only ones in the room with an ego.

I think project management is stuck in the old world. People are teams. Agents are teams. Teams are organizations. No more issues, micros to macros. No more running sprints. Everyone’s flying.

Project management tools were never really project management tools. They were just issue management tools. They modeled every project as tons of issues, a flat state machine: to do → in progress → done. AI agents change who manages each level. The 100 micro tasks become substates the agent runs. Humans should manage the 3–4 superstates.

Low downloads, high revenue app = bullshit. It doesn’t automatically mean you found a great app. Please don’t get carried away by those numbers. If an app has 100K+ downloads and revenue per download is around $1 or higher, that can be a healthy signal. But if you see something like 10K downloads and $500K in revenue, that revenue is probably not being generated by those 10K users. Most of it is likely coming from older cohorts, renewals, or users acquired through millions of dollars in previous ad spend. The app may have simply stopped ads and is now collecting revenue from the cohorts it built in the past. So my first reaction wouldn’t be, “Wow, what an amazing business.” I’d ask: why did they stop spending on ads? Did CAC increase? Did ROAS deteriorate? Did conversion get worse? Did they simply hit a scaling limit? Current revenue tells you a lot about past cohorts. It doesn’t necessarily tell you whether the app can profitably acquire users today.

İşimiz her hastayı kendimiz tedavi etmek olmamalı.

I’ve noticed that sometimes I sit at my desk almost waiting for a problem to show up so I can solve it. Sometimes I don’t even start the important work, because I think, “Something will probably come up in a minute anyway.” :) As founders and CEOs, our job is to build a well-organized emergency department staffed with great doctors, and medical teams, with clear autonom systems for handling every kind of case. But most of the time, we end up working like ER doctors ourselves. We stay ready 24/7 to deal with every small or big problem that comes in. At the end of the day, we go to sleep having missed a few cases, lost a few patients, and left the important work we were supposed to do unfinished. Of course, that’s if another emergency doesn’t wake us up. We should spend more of our time building the system and the team, not treating every patient ourselves.

Studied automata theory from undergrad through PhD. Thought it was purely theoretical. Now I design AI agent orchestration and I'm building those exact machines. An agent isn't a chatbot with tools. It's a Mealy machine with a stochastic transition oracle: read → LLM proposes transition → automaton validates → act → next state The LLM decides which transition to take. The automaton decides which transitions exist. And composition is where theory pays off: 6 agents × 8 states = 260K+ product states. State explosion. The fix is 40 years old, Harel's hierarchical statecharts. Agents report summary states to a supervisor that drives convergence. Probabilistic intelligence. Deterministic execution.

Today we're releasing a preview of AIDO Cell, a world model of the human cell. It simulates one cell across DNA, RNA, protein, through regulatory networks and whole-cell behavior. Not four models handing results to each other. One system.

Kıtlık psikolojisi maalesef bu. Çift anadal olsun, erasmus olsun, ikinci yabancı dil olsun, her şey olsun.

Şu an kendilerince, sağdan soldan duyduklarıyla, mühendisliğin/yazılımcılığın bittiğine karar verdiler :) Tahminen sağlık bölümleri full çekmiştir.

Most companies approach automation at the input/output level. They automate individual tasks, but fail to design the system as a whole. The result often looks like a chaotic Drive folder full of individually great documents. AI automation is a founder-level problem. It requires hours of thinking, mapping workflows, questioning how the company actually operates, fails before and seeing the whole system rather than isolated tasks. Founders and executives should treat automation as a strategic project themselves first, then build it together with the team.
