The UK, Japan, and Germany are developing different systems, and Quant is already involved in the wider international effort through its UK deployment and partnership with Dentsu Soken. The biggest development I'm watching is The Clearing House. It selected Quant to provide interoperability and transaction-management technology for its U.S. On-Chain Money Initiative. The Clearing House operates CHIPS, which settles around $2 trillion daily across its existing payment infrastructure. That gives us an idea of the enormous financial market Quant is entering. The new initiative is targeting the first half of 2027. Quant also has experience through Project Rosalind with the Bank of England and BIS, ECB digital euro experimentation, and the Bank of England Synchronisation Lab.
