Haven’t posted clot pictures in a while but a really satisfying thrombectomy with Penumbra Flash 2.0 and SmartClaw. Anyone else using this in combination for a “gentler” mechanical thrombectomy?

Could have done either, metastatic ca with caval- iliac compression, clot bilaterally but predominantly CFV FV PFV all the way down to PT/peroneal, you can see subacute/ chronic components. Did ble CFV access and floss to account for length considerations. 2.5 hrs. 300ebl
