Too often people with a BPD diagnosis feel broken, flawed, unlovable or even useless. I wanted to remind you that these beliefs are absolutely not true, although I know lots may have happened to make you feel this way.

Sometimes I think I’m young and fun and then I casually drop how lovely the M&S at Battersea power station is into conversation

Are they hard to reach? Or are we hard to hear? ✍️🏽

Very good

ALT The image says "click here" with an arrow pointing to the ALT description tag in the bottom left corner. Side note for everybody: Many Twitter users, including brands, have been using this to prompt people to open the ALT text, where they have left a joke. ALT text is a hugely important accessibility tool designed to help people navigate the internet more easily, so it shouldn't be used as a punchline. This is especially true if the ALT text doesn't describe the image, leaving blind and visually impaired people out of the joke.

Bpd does not define me but damn does it make me question everything I think, feel, and do.

This is difficult.
I have been researching the subject for at least five years. The results of my experiments are entirely empirical. I am not sponsored; I have no commercial or political affiliations. My conclusions are scientifically rigorous.
Oven chips are shite.

Twelve days until Christmas. Nearly time to exchange vouchers of the exact same monetary value with your sibling.

I once paid £3.99 to stream a film on Amazon because I couldn't be arsed to get up for the DVD I had on the shelf not 15ft away.
