I don’t think you have a dog in this fight but if you did you would have shot it.
I’ll take @ellalangleymsic over Kacey Musgraves any day.
And if I’m choosin’ Texas, I’ll take Ken Paxton over James Talarico.

Dana Altman won Coach of the Year honors at four (4!) different schools:
• Marshall (1990)
• Kansas St (1993)
• Creighton (2x - 2001, ‘02)
• Oregon (3x - 2013, ‘15, ‘16)
Altman, Rick Pitino, and Herb Sendek are the ONLY coaches in D-I history that can say that.
Legend.

Finished the Oregon offensive film
Frankly it’s not the film I expected after watching the game. The offensive design and downfield passing attack was great imo. Guys open all game. Got our speed into space well. Offense did average 8 yards a play.
A tale of two halves with points left on the board in both. The trick play was set up so well. Oregon guessed correctly that Boise would show zero pressure and expect Oregon to audible to a screen. It had all the looks of that exact action happening. Just a tad under thrown
Moore was a bit off most of the game. Just didn’t see the field that well. Few guys open late when he had a clean pocket but left.
He sailed a few deep passes. He hits that post and Oregon scores 7 instead of 3.
The two 4th downs … Stewart just has to put his foot in the ground and get upfield.
On the second one the WR expected man coverage. Got to turn his head around to the CB. Potential big gain
OL … OT and C played fantastic. Don’t think either OT let anyone near Moore. Bennett struggled early. Yale to FBS football takes some time. Thought he settled in well. Made sense why the young guys didn’t play.
Run game was good with more quick hitting runs. Physical running and blocking. The counter runs, toss and reverse weren’t as clean.
Didnt break many tackles. Give Boise State credit there.
Perimeter blocking had some breakdowns early but all the throws to the edge made sense. Good numbers. Just have to execute.
All in all I was fairly pleased with a new OC.

"Satchel Paige had a very, very good fastball....
But the first time I faced Satchel, he threw me a little breaking ball, just to see what I could do, and I hit it off the top of the fence. I got a double.
When I got to second, Satchel told the third baseman:
"Let me know when that little boy comes back up here."
Three innings later, I go to kneel down in the on-deck circle, and I hear the third baseman say:
"There he is."
Satch looked at the third baseman, and then he looked at me.
I walk halfway to home plate and he says:
"Little boy."
I say:
"Yes, sir?" because Satch was much older than I am, so I was trying to show respect.
Satchel walked halfway to home plate and said:
"Little boy, I'm not going to trick you.
I'm going to throw you three fastballs and you're going to go sit down."
And I'm saying in my mind:
"I DOOON'T THINK SOOO."
If he threw me three of the same pitch, I'm going to hit it somewhere.
I turned to the catcher and asked:
"What does he mean?"
Catcher told me:
"He’s going to throw you three fast balls.
Nothing else."
Satchel threw me two fastballs and I just swung....
I swung right through it....
And the third ball he threw, and I tell people this all the time, he threw the ball and as he let go he said:
"Go sit down."
This is while the ball was in the air.
Yes, he struck me out with three pitches.
He was just magnificent."
