Victoria Falls tourism is booming, but domestic travel is declining.
International bookings remain strong, with 2027 looking promising. Yet expensive flights and the deteriorating Bulawayo–Victoria Falls Road are keeping local tourists away.

This is a High Way linking Zimbabwe’s biggest tourist attraction Victoria Falls and the second biggest city Bulawayo. This is what ZANU PF is all about. This how savage these people are. Ironically Our president drives a rolls royce and Maybach with a motorcade of 500 body guards

I felt inspired to share this today. My hope is that these words will reach someone who needs them, brighten their day, or remind them that they are not alone. ❤️
Some people are grieving. Others are sick, broke, unemployed, betrayed, or silently fighting battles nobody knows about.
They don’t always need sermons, advice, or explanations.
Sometimes, they just need someone who cares enough to stay.
Job’s friends were most helpful when they kept quiet.
Never underestimate the ministry of simply being there.
Here is my challenge to you today:
Call that person you’ve been meaning to check on. Visit someone who is lonely. Take a meal to a struggling family. Help someone financially if you can. Sit with someone who is grieving, even when you have no words.
And when you ask, “How are you?” be prepared to listen to the real answer.
Don’t just tell people you’re praying for them. Where possible, become part of the answer to their prayers.
Sometimes, love is not what we say. It’s what we do. ❤️

Leaving Matabeleland behind. This road was supposed to be the major road linking SADC unfortunately it is located in Matabeleland. The revenue now is diverted to Kazungula.

This is Bulawayo -Vic Falls Road. @MhonaFelix what's going on? You guys told us that work was in progress on this road. How many people should die on this road first for you to do something? They actually call you best minister, for what!

This is the Bulawayo–Victoria Falls road, leading to one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World and arguably Zimbabwe’s most lucrative tourist destination. Yet, this road has been neglected for years. How can it not be a national priority for the President, while a dumpsite in Bulawayo suddenly attracts such serious concern? @nickmangwana & @KMutisi- You cannot constantly blame opposition-led councils for failing to deliver while infrastructure of national and strategic importance continues to deteriorate. Surely, a major road connecting the country’s second-largest city to its premier tourist destination deserves the same urgency and attention. Development should be about addressing the country’s priorities, not scoring political points. – at Bedfordview, South Africa
