i figured out how to lock one AI character across an entire video. same face, same voice, same outfit, every single shot. zero drift.
everyone making AI video right now hits the same wall. the character looks different in every clip so you can never tell an actual story. you get 5 second clips, not films.
the fix isn't better prompting. it's building the character ONCE before you ever touch video, then referencing it everywhere.
here's the workflow:
> build the character inside Flow's character section, not a per-clip prompt
> design the voice + personality one time and reuse it across every clip
> generate a full turnaround sheet (Claude writes the prompt, GPT image renders the angles)
> pull the character into any scene with a single @ tag
> ingredients vs frames: when to let a shot float vs lock it to your source image
> the end-frame loop that chains 4-10 sec clips into one seamless scene
> stitch + trim in the timeline editor and export the whole thing as one film
i packaged the entire thing. every prompt, the exact tool order, the character sheet template, and the continuity loop nobody actually explains.

Minting process will be simple and done directly in your wallet. We chose this simplified system to prevent errors that can arise from high-volume mints or mirror node issues. Once the mint opening announcement has gone out on Oct 21st, you will just send 800 $HBAR to our minting address 0.0.1303581-qobox which will instantly trigger the transfer of a Ghost to your wallet. You’ll see your new Ghost once you refresh. Do not send funds to any wallet other than 0.0.1303581-qobox. Be cautions of impersonation accounts and check our discord announcements to be sure. Important:
- You will be able to check how many WL spots you have in your wallet in our “Drop-5-Eligibility” room in Discord. This will update as you mint.
- The transfer has to be done from the wallet holding your Ghosts or Passes.
- Minting must be done one 800 HBAR transfer at a time for each WL spot you have. Limiting it to one transfer at a time allows us to make the minting process incredibly secure and helps prevent any account from receiving a mint they were not meant to, even if there are mirror node issues etc.
- Once you refresh and see your new Ghost, you can repeat the minting process. You can also check your updated WL count in the “Drop-5-Eligibility” room in Discord.
- We recommend checking our Discord for announcements before you begin making transactions.
- Botters or individuals attempting to send funds without WLs will not receive a Ghost.
- Once the mint is complete, we will share information so that the randomization of the mint can be publicly verified.
- If you run into any issues, do not send more transactions. Simply open a ticket in our Discord, and we’ll be able to sort you out.
All Ghosts & Passes purchased on secondary will be automatic WL spots until minting begins on October 21st. After minting has begun on October 21st, you will need to check eligibility of each serial number on secondary in our Discord before acquiring one to ensure it still has a WL spot associated with it.
We recommend removing all offers before minting begins to prevent someone using their mint and then accepting your offer. We will have a channel in our discord “Drop-5-Eligibility” where you can check eligibility for each Ghost or Pass number.
