a 10 minute demand check before you make any video. save this 1. search it on youtube. how many good videos from the last 90 days? 2. compare views to channel size. small channels getting big views = hungry audience 3. look at the autocomplete suggestions. those are real searches 4. check google trends for the last 12 months 5. read the comments on the top 3 results. what are people asking that never got answered

I’m dropping a faceless YouTube article soon. Beginner to advanced. Everything I’ve learned about making money with faceless channels in one place. Might honestly be better than most courses out there.

I started a faceless YouTube channel a couple weeks ago and got 20k views on my first video (8k views first day) From that one video I generated 5k Genuinely the amount of opportunity on YouTube is unmatched to any other platform

Demand for SWE will collapse by the end of 2027. At Higgsfield, zero engineers write code manually anymore. We launched Ad Multiplier to make creative production programmable too. The connection is economic. More and more products compete for the same customers, and it becomes worse with every LLM improvement. At the same time, attention and trust stay flat. Distribution becomes the binding constraint. Anthropic already classifies 79% of Claude Code conversations as automation, including workflows with human feedback. An engineer building a career around implementation is competing with the declining cost of inference. An engineer who builds and owns a customer acquisition system benefits from that decline. That is why paid marketing should be an engineering discipline. It is an optimization problem with noisy feedback, delayed rewards and a budget constraint. APIs, instrumentation and experimental design are directly relevant skills. Higgsfield Ad Multiplier makes creative variation an input to that system. Start with a winning ad. Change characters, outfits and locations with Genjutsu while preserving motion, edit and pacing. Automate it through Higgsfield MCP inside Claude Within a year, we’ll see the first wave of one-person unicorns. Their founders will understand two most important things: how to build and how to sell. We’re building Higgsfield to put that scope of ownership within one person’s reach.
Introducing Ad Multiplier in Ads Studio. Turn any winning ad into data-backed creative for your brand. > Decodes what drives its performance > Applies those insights to your product > Generates new ads ready to test and scale Live on Higgsfield and in the ChatGPT extension.

the biggest misconception about youtube automation is the word "automation" when i started, i genuinely thought it meant the youtube part was automated. you set it up, videos go out, money comes in. that is not what it means at all. "automation" just means you're not on camera (Faceless). that's it. that's the whole difference. everything else is still a real business. someone still has to find the idea worth making. someone still has to write a script that holds people past the first 30 seconds. someone still has to make a thumbnail that gets clicked out of 20 others. someone still has to read the analytics and figure out why video 7 flopped. for the first few months, that someone is you. every single job. and here's what nobody selling courses tells you: that's the good part. because the people who skip that phase and try to outsource everything on day one end up paying editors to make bad videos faster. they never learned what a good one looks like, so they can't tell the difference. the people who actually make it do every job themselves first, badly, then less badly, until they understand the whole machine. then they hand pieces off, one at a time, to people they can actually judge. that's the real automation. not a channel that runs without you. a channel that runs without your hands, because your judgment is built into every step. it's not passive income. it's leverage. and leverage has to be earned. if someone tells you it's easy money, they're selling you something. if someone tells you it's a real business that can eventually run without you being in every step, they've probably actually done it.
