Keep up the work, and thank you for always sharing your insights. I hope you don’t take these statements as criticism, but the hypothesis of statistics gives you an edge on price action of BTC definitely remains a hypothesis only. My bias is its interesting at best.
Not to say your approach is faulty but following you for a while (thanks for the analysis) without counting right/wrong turns - instinctually statistics + TA are no better at prediction than tossing a coin. I repeat instinctively - believe me I had hoped I was wrong.
Absolutely, and agree that 0.001% is still a probable outcome but rarely happens. The probability triangulated across the lower week, plus the small monthly, and printing bullish indicated we won’t be struck by lightening but here we are.
I am beginning to think applying statistics is equally ineffective as applying TA to this asset class. As slim as the probability of printing a tiny monthly, and putting in a weekly high, it happened (1-2% according to data) that points to the market does what the market wants
