i finished reading poor poor lips a yuri yonkoma manga from 2006 with a trans male side character even though he appears only in the last volume i liked him and how they treated his transness is pretty well done

eventually the mother finds out about him being trans as well so the wedding is canceled and the protagonists get together in the end he's also happy and managed to get top surgery and SRS 👍 i liked the distinction they made between being a lesbian and a trans guy too
