Die Reaktionen zu PISA sind leider (wie alles heutzutage) völlig durchschaubar. Rechte schieben die schlechten Ergebnisse auf Zuwanderung, Linke auf Armut. Dabei zeigt der Blick in andere Länder, dass es vor allem inhaltliche Punkte gibt, die hierzulande falschlaufen.

🇩🇪Ściągnęłam sobie jakieś 1600 dokumentów, które AfD wyprodukowała w ostatniej kadencji w Saksonii-Anhalt, i przeanalizowałam je pod kątem tego, co może być istotne z polskiej perspektywy. Zastanawia niezwykła dociekliwość i dwuznaczność niektórych zapytań. Zwłaszcza jeśli czytać je w kontekście prorosyjskiej orientacji AfD i nasilających się rosyjskich działań hybrydowych w Niemczech. Gdzie dokładnie policja ma awaryjne zasilanie? Jak długo infrastruktura wytrzyma blackout? Gdzie znajdują się studnie awaryjne? Jakie ograniczenia dotyczą infrastruktury wojskowej? Gdzie i kiedy prowadzone są kontrole na trasach transportowych prowadzących również w kierunku Polski? Polecam swój tekst ->

Za wynikiem wyborów w Saksonii-Anhalt kryje się mniej widoczna konsekwencja: dostęp do informacji. AfD już dziś pokazuje, że dzięki interpelacjom i zapytaniom poselskim można skłonić administrację do ujawniania bardzo szczegółowych danych, które po zestawieniu tworzą obraz wrażliwych obszarów państwa. Jeśli po wrześniowych wyborach partia znacząco zwiększy liczbę mandatów, wzrośnie również skala tego ryzyka. Z polskiej perspektywy jego wagę potęgują prorosyjska orientacja ugrupowania i nasilające się działania hybrydowe Moskwy w Niemczech. Pisze Patrycja Tepper - @tepper_anna. After the whole Ariely scandal broke, I had multiple conversations with other economists where I argued that the evidence of his fraud was already sufficiently strong that not a single part of his research corpus should be trusted. This was often met with skepticism. He’s got hundreds of papers! Tens of thousands of cites! But as time has gone on, new evidence keeps emerging that reinforces that position, and no new evidence that I’m aware of points in the other direction. I have to figure out a Bayesian way of saying I Told You So.

I used to be very excited by revelations of academic fraud, now it just makes me sad. I won't claim that all of academia is broken, but there is obviously something very wrong with our norms and practices. Case in point: Marketing journals (still) don't require posting data.
