I managed to properly setup agent teams and the lead manager now does what proper lead managers do. Idles for 90% of the time and 10% they are just complaining how everyone's ineffective and giving hard times to actual workers.
Love it.
I tried the experimental Claude Agent team setup:
One manager terminal whose only job is to manage other worker agents.
The idea: pure delegation.
Reality: the manager got tired and started fixing everything itself:D
Congrats, we successfully reinvented middle management.
We wanted to host this A LOT. It simply shows what Midl is. & WHY Midl is. Imagine if Claude Code (or Codex etc.) could migrate any open-source dApp w/o touching smart contracts, giving you a proper result in the end:

I am still very impressed by how connected I felt to the male part of mankind through the ButWhyPenguin meme. I've never felt like this before. I am that penguin.
Dedicated some time this weekend to play around with newest ai releases.
Looks quite powerful. Yet to do a QA on the results (both tech & business stuff), but from the first look - much better then before.
I might even stop being a hater…
Been educating rich non tech ppl I know that they should
1. Use Claude with buffed complex setup including skills for their business tasks(2 minutes pitch)
2. Be very careful about it and expect their system to be hacked. So be extremely cautious and distrust everything (2hrs)
Any new year resolutions regarding projects you build / people you are to engage with / code up write?
Mine is to double everything both in quantity and quality
