YOU ARE WRONG - If you think we'll have a 2021 like Alt season - If you think we need more L1s and L2s - If you haven't realized yet that this is a Bitcoin cycle - and that it's entirely different from the previous $BTC cycles - If you're fading @midl_xyz The Bitcoin space is 5 TIMES the rest of the crypto space combined. Institutions, funds, ETFs, countries are all buying Bitcoin. We've had unprecedented sell pressure from OG $BTC wallets over the past year, yet Bitcoin is still over $100k. Why? Because the crypto market is loosing its baby fur and about to go ballistic on Bitcoin. Alone. All of the macro indicators are pointing to that. But more importantly, the key here is that Bitcoin will soon be able to support the whole thing. DEFI, RWA, AI, Gamefi, you name it. No need for Ethereum / $ETH, Solana / $SOL, Base, Arbitrum anymore. How? By becoming programmable. Natively. Not with L2s & Sidechains. Not with wrapped tokens and bridges. With solutions that actually let the users stay on Bitcoin, and use their $BTC without wondering on what the helly unsafe chain or system they're now on. With solutions that focus on allowing a full blown ecosystem to build and grow. Solutions like @midl_xyz. Let me explain: Midl lets devs "port" their EVM smart contracts to Bitcoin. It's making it easy for new builders, and existing dApps, to connect to the Bitcoin chain and access its inherent security, reliability, and liquidity. It's making it easy for them to provide a solid user experience for their Bitcoin users. Think about it. It's not even about building a new ecosystem from the ground up. It's about allowing all of the protocols and dApps you use and love from other chains to launch on Bitcoin. Providing them with an easy, fast and cheap solution to access the most liquid, most valuable chain they never could access before, just by tweaking their EVM smart contracts. What do you think happens when Midl goes live on Bitcoin mainnet and this possibility suddenly exists? Yes, there will probably be an Alt season in 2026. On Bitcoin. The other chains will become irrelevant. Their markets are exhausted, demoralized, and completely diluted. The Bitcoin space however will have tons of opportunities, 2.5T of $ waiting to pour in them, and a strong, safe, reliable backbone. Yes, the current Bitcoin space is running in circles. But it's also full of people trying things and showing a strong will to build on Bitcoin. They just don't have the tools. yet. Midl fixes this. We've been building in public for the past year or so. Our testnet is live and you can swap on Bitcoin already. We aren't even started yet. If you're reading this, you're early to the Bitcoin revolution. Bookmark this. Share it to your friends and followers as a thanksgiving gift. Midlinger, out.

During our VibeHack contest, builders were vibe-coding with our stack, and @svector_eth was right there in the trenches, fielding questions and debugging sessions in real time 🔧 He gathered all the patterns and questions that kept coming up, and turned that hands-on feedback into something useful. > Meet the Midl Transaction Simulator It traces the full transaction flow from wallet → intention → BTC signing → broadcast → confirmation, so builders can actually see what's happening at every step when interacting with contracts. No more guessing. Contextual fixes instead of cryptic raw errors. Go break it, test it, leave feedback, and cheer up Anu in the replies. > Repo: github.com/Svector-anu/midl-…

Midl VibeHack: The Results Are In 🔥 Our judges spent the past days reviewing all finalists across multiple categories: UX/UI quality, product relevance, user value, and tech execution. The decision wasn't easy. Every project brought something different to the table, but here’s the final ranking: 🥇 1st place: Tekton by @omnirun 🥈 2nd place: MidlLaunch by @winsznx 🥉 3rd place: Soul Hub by @JohnsonEnyenih2 4th: StakeVault by DevMercenary 5th: Axis Terminal by Ticoworld We'll be reaching out to all winners directly with the next steps. To everyone who built, shipped, and participated: thank you. This was just the beginning. See you on Bitcoin!
Welcome to Midl VibeHack: Build & Share $3,000 in Rewards Building on Bitcoin used to require blood, sweat, and tears. Now Bitcoin is as programmable as any other chain. We offer you a 14-day sprint to prove anything is doable with a $1,000 grand reward for the winning dApp, Claude Credits for top 5 entries, and special dev packs from our dear sponsors @xverse What we want: A proof-of-concept dApp that actually works. Not slides. Not a whitepaper. Code that runs from front-end to on-chain confirmation. Use any AI model you want to speed-run development. That's the whole point: vibe coding. Prompt your way to a working product. What "working" means: > Proper front-end design (no default AI slop) > Xverse wallet connection > User triggers action in UI > Action hits Midl RPC/SDK → executes Solidity contract > Txs appears on-chain with hash > UI updates to reflect new state What you deliver: > Video showing the full flow > Transaction proof (contract + tx links) > Code repo > Public X post If you know how to code or prompt AI, you're already qualified. K, we’re not blocking anyone (yet…), it’s a false alarm but not a false back to basics post for the newcomers. Let’s set the record straight: L2s for Bitcoin: > Switch networks in your wallet (you're travelling to a different chain) > Bridge your BTC out → trust third parties → bridge back > Bitcoin sees: one compressed batch proof ("trust me, 1000 things happened") > Your swap/lend/etc: invisible to Bitcoin, hidden in the batch > Analogy: going to a different building, coming back with a summary report Midl: > Stay on Bitcoin network (your wallet never switches the network) > No bridging, no leaving > Bitcoin sees: your actual transactions in/out + cryptographic execution proof > Your actions: recorded as real Bitcoin UTXOs + Merkle commitment > Analogy: adding a smart contract floor to the Bitcoin building, you never left TLDR: L2s take you off Bitcoin and batch everything. Midl keeps you on Bitcoin and records your individual transactions + proof. Different networks vs same network with more capabilities.

$BTC Bingo!
Bitcoin Bingo is Live 🔥 From this moment on, every Bitcoin transaction is a roll of the dice. Make a Bitcoin transaction → get a TXID. If that new TXID matches the number sequence we reveal, the Ordinal goes straight to your wallet. How to participate: > We’re running Bitcoin Bingo on Midl’s X. > The combo isn’t dropped all at once, we reveal it over a few posts. > Follow along and track our posts, otherwise you’ll miss parts of the sequence. Each time a new number is posted: > Check your wallet > If one of your TXID contains all numbers revealed so far, reply to that post with your TXID. When the full combo is revealed: We share a final submission form. You'll need to submit: > Your final TXID > Links to your replies under each previous reveal post TXID Eligibility. > Only new Bitcoin transactions confirmed after the campaign announcement on January 29, 17:30 UTC are eligible. > A TXID is valid if it contains all numbers from the published sequence Some things to note: > Numbers may appear anywhere in the TXID and in any order and digits do not need to be consecutive > Only digits 0–9 count (letters a–f are ignored) > All numbers must appear within a single TXID Example (Combination: 3, 5, 8, 1, 4) Eligible TXID: 3a9f5c8b2d7e1f046c4a9e8b5d3f2c7a1b6e4d9c8f5a2b7e3d1 (contains all digits 3, 5, 8, 1, and 4 anywhere in the TXID) Not eligible TXID: 3a9f5c8b2d7e1f046c9e8b5d3f2c7a1b6e9c8f5a2b7e3d1 (missing digit 4) First 3 verified valid submissions win. Winners receive a Runestone Ordinal inscription, sent to the same wallet that generated the TXID 🟧 First number: 6 More coming. Have number 6 in one of the fresh txs? Share it in the replies.

If you read 1 thread in Jan 26 it should be this one.
Ethereum had dApps. That’s why you could stake, trade, ape in ICOs, chase memes, farm DeFi, mint NFTs, vote in DAOs, and either make it or get rekt. It created $500B in tokens. Bitcoin never had dApps. Now it does: with Midl. And it starts at $2T. A thread 🧵
