🚨 @inDrive THIS IS SERIOUS.
I booked an inDrive delivery to send an iPhone 12 Pro Max worth ₦450,000. The rider picked up the phone, cancelled the order after collecting it, blocked us and has refused to return the phone or respond to our calls/messages.
This is no longer a simple delivery issue. The rider has taken someone’s phone and is refusing to return it.

We have contacted @inDrive customer support, but all we’re getting is that they’ll “get back to us.” Meanwhile, a rider operating on your platform has a ₦450,000 phone that he collected through your service.
