Since 2016, at least 5 major defamation cases have been won against false election fraud claims, including Dominion v. Fox ($787M settlement), Freeman/Moss v. Giuliani ($148M judgment), and Newsmax's $67M settlement today, totaling over $1B.
No cases in that period successfully proved significant election fraud occurred. Individual voter fraud convictions exist but are rare and did not impact outcomes.

Friendly reminder that every operational AI weather forecasting tool that exists today relies on processed data products distributed by @NOAA. This includes fancy MLWP models - can't run them if you don't have the outputs of the ECMWF or NOAA assimilation suites.

Florida is able to count all its votes by Election Night because state law allows it to count mail-in votes as they arrive. Because of Republicans, state law in PA, Michigan, and Wisconsin prohibits mail-in ballots from being counted before Election Day.

NEW: Two former Trump White House officials told me they had to show voter data to Trump to get him to release disaster funding to CA wildfire victims. He released it after learning that he had as many GOP supporters in Orange Co. as he did in Iowa. eenews.net/articles/helene-i…

A reminder that the Mayor of the District of Columbia has *no* authority over the D.C. National Guard (nor does the Speaker of the House).
By law, the D.C. National Guard is (alone among National Guard units) under the direct legal control of the President of the United States.
