Is Senate Bill 66 really about patient safety, or is Big Pharma protecting profits by crushing competition? #CoLeg #CoPolitics

NEW: Colorado Secretary of State and Attorney General candidate Jena Griswold (D) is falsely claiming she has argued before the US Supreme Court
Lynn Bartels retweeted
The Attorney General represents the people of Colorado. That role is built on trust. When an Attorney General candidate claims personal credit for work they did not personally argue or lead, that is not a small exaggeration. It is a credibility issue.

Jena is now calling people who have endorsed this campaign and is pressuring them to drop their support because we are holding her accountable for misleading people over and over again. This is not how accountability works. @KyleClark

Today, the public’s case against Ticketmaster kicked off. As a lifelong music fan, I’m especially proud of bringing this one. But what I’m most proud of is leading 800+ DOJ public servants who took on the most powerful corporations, and won. That’s what happens when you lead with purpose, judgment, and experience. And that’s how I’ll show up every day as your Attorney General.

That is how wildlife management in Colorado is paid for. Big game license sales.
Our endangered toads and minnows thank you.
Fans are mourning the loss of the gigantic “Split 5” bull elk that was part of the Estes Park, Colorado, urban herd. Popular with photographers and wildlife watchers, Split 5 was legally killed by a hunter.

Meeting with a legend! Smokey and I talked about Colorado’s forest health challenges at the Forest Health Council breakfast. Healthier forests mean safer communities, cleaner water, and a stronger economy. It takes all of us! #COleg

Honored to be on the front page of the Greeley Tribune alongside our amazing preschoolers and teachers. The real spotlight belongs to the families hurt by the CCCAP freeze. I’ll keep fighting for solutions that make child care affordable and accessible in Weld County.

1/ Families are struggling to make ends meet. Health care is one of biggest costs. My 1st bill SB-29 this session creates a Colorado tax credit for Health Savings Account #HSA contributions so families can keep more of their own money for care.

State Senator Mark Baisley will be introducing a bill this legislative session to keep choices local in our school systems. School board members should be elected by the district they represent, not by outsiders. Support local control! #copolitics

Trump claims he cares about the fentanyl crisis but continues to completely dismantle the systems that are helping curb the opioid epidemic & lower overdose deaths. It’s completely backwards. Pulling the rug out from our behavioral health system will have devastating ripple effects.
My heart breaks for the people like my mom who could unnecessarily lose their lives because they can't get the care they need. Make no mistake— we will fight this, Donald Trump.
Families will suffer, loved ones will overdose, and people will die — because Trump would rather use this money to cut billionaires’ taxes and terrorize our communities.

Pueblo is a special community. As the head of the AG's Criminal Section and as DA, I have helped with cases in Pueblo for years.
So, it is great to be in Pueblo for my 5th visit as candidate for AG. I talked about my plans for consumer protection, public safety, and water.
Replying to @wisemannerisms
