Apprentice jockeys finishing a big session today. There a many supports available to licensed jockeys in Ireland 🇮🇪 today. If you are a jockey just get in touch. If you are a trainer/agent encourage jockeys and point them to the supports. 💪🏻🐎

Can't believe we're back in a place where there are conversations happening on radio about "keeping schools open". We cannot close schools again. It shouldn't even be up for discussion. As my 7 year old would say, end of conversation.
Loved this book so much...
"From the very first line of Charlotte & Arthur, I was completely engrossed, all senses engaged..." From the review by @mgtscott in @writing_ie

Apprentice jockey and athlete @AnnaliseCullen working hard on her strength. Annalise is in the gym every week. Today her DL was 3 reps @ 80kg & her current 1RM is 90kg, close to 2x her BW 🏋🏻♀️. It's a good idea to train off the horse 💪🏻 @JockeyPathway @equuipHRI

There was a funeral in town this morning of a wonderful woman. The pockets of her big red coat were always stuffed with dog biscuits, so she had many ardent fans. Here are some outside her house, waiting for the cortege to pass.

Gardaí would like to remind motorists that there is an increased amount of pedestrians nowadays as many work from home and go for walks within their 5k limit.
Many of these pedestrians will also be walking on country roads with poor visibility.
