Today marks three years since the horrifying Hamas attack on Israelis, a day of unimaginable loss and pain. We remember the terrorist attack. We remember the unimaginable amount of lives lost.  And we remember the families who will never be the same. We stand with Israel!

As we mark the third anniversary of the October 7th Hamas terrorist attack, we mark the return of every hostage, honor their families’ tireless advocacy, recognize those who did not return, and remember all of the lives lost. We must continue to strive for stability and peace in the region for Israelis and Palestinians.

🚨On #Oct7, Hamas committed the deadliest attack against the Jewish people since the Holocaust. We will NEVER forget. In Congress, I have always fought against antisemitic hate in all of its forms & proudly defend our unbreakable alliance with the democratic, Jewish State of Israel. Never Again means NEVER AGAIN. Am Yisrael Chai! 🇺🇸🇮🇱

Today, we remember the innocent men, women, and children brutally murdered by Hamas terrorists and honor all those who suffered in that horrific attack. We must unequivocally condemn the murderous terrorism and antisemitic hatred that fueled these atrocities. There is no justification for the slaughter of families, the taking of hostages, or the terror inflicted upon the people of Israel. October 7 stands as a painful reminder of the threat posed by antisemitism and by those who seek to spread terror and violence. I stand firmly with the people of Israel and remain steadfast in my support for America’s closest friend and strongest ally. The United States must continue to confront terrorism and antisemitism wherever they arise and stand resolutely against those who seek to spread hatred and violence. May we continue to remember the victims, stand with the survivors, and ensure that the atrocities of October 7 are never forgotten.

"Knowing firsthand the criminal nature of the communist regime, it certainly takes a great deal of courage for Cubans resisting in the island to stand up for freedom in spite of the brutal abuse and violation of their fundamental human rights" - @MARporCuba's Sylvia Iriondo #CHLICubaBriefing

Replying to @RosLehtinen
@RosLehtinen: "Can freedom come to Cuba without the full removal of regime officials?" @OGutierrezCuba: "No. I don't think there can be freedom in Cuba without the Castro family, the entire mafia being removed from power and the dominating structures of that regime, which are the communist party and the intelligence sector being taken apart." #CHLICubaBriefing

📍The Iconic “Calle Ocho” and Florida Senate District 36🐓 Growing up, Congressman Lincoln Diaz-Balart was an inspiration, and later a cherished mentor in politics. I feel truly blessed that we were able to represent the same area, and I can only hope to one day be remembered and revered in the same way. Congressman Diaz-Balart was driven by purpose, and his unwavering fight for freedom and human rights has been a profound inspiration to me throughout my own career. In 2025, I was honored to have the Florida Senate officially designate Calle Ocho—SW 8th Street between 27th Avenue and Brickell—in his name. It is my hope that his heart, soul, purpose, and his relentless advocacy for freedom and opportunity for all walks of life will forever live on in the heart of our community. #LoveWhereYouLive🐓 @FLSenate
