Still confused as to what PureVector is and what it does exactly? No worries.. I GOTCHU🫵😎 Let's first provide the Corsair rundown: 1️⃣MEASURE Calibration runs inside the Aimlabs app with a SABRE v3 PRO PureVector mouse connected. During a session of about five minutes, PureVector monitors individual performance as the player aims at targets across different directions. 2️⃣CALCULATE From that session, PureVector calculates performance metrics for each direction, including distance moved and relative accuracy. The result is a personal directional profile showing where a player's aim runs long and where it lands accurately. 3️⃣ADJUST PureVector personalizes the relationship between hand movement and cursor movement. The hand itself does not change. The mouse changes how it translates movement, so that weaker directions behave more like the player's strongest one. 4️⃣SAVE The calibrated settings are written to the mouse's onboard firmware. Aimlabs can then be closed. No background app runs while playing, and the settings work in any game, including on a LAN PC with nothing installed. But.. what actually happens on/to that singular set DPI stage, then?🤔 ☝️Only that one DPI stage stays active. If you're wanting to switch to a different DPI, you have to first.. remove the calibration. ✌️The firmware stores a direction-dependent multiplier table (scale factors keyed to movement angle). 🤟On every HID report, the sensor’s raw counts are scaled by the factor that corresponds to the current movement vector’s direction before the report is sent. To be utterly blunt, and put it plain & simple: Calibration learns the angles your weak at, which includes the angles where you're overshooting or undershooting. PureVector compensates those weak angles by adjusting accordingly. The result is a static angular scale-mapping table. Did you overshoot? The scale decreases. Did you undershoot? The scale increases. PureVector makes singular adjustments to the set DPI based on the specific angles of motion, in accordance with your personal calibration. Angles of Overshooting decrease the set DPI a certain percentage. Angles of Undershooting increase the set DPI a certain percentage. And all the percentages are based on the exact compensations to correct your weaknesses👍 @aimlab

Not gonna lie.. At first I thought it was a direct copy of Razer's Dynamic Sensitivity feature. But I was wrong.. @Razer copied implementations like Raw Accel, and instead applied those same curves to DPI. But @aimlab said, "NAH.. let's EXTRAPOLATE." PureVector isn't an acceleration curve for DPI, based on velocity. It's merely static DPI adjustments, to your failed.. static adjustments in aim. It's giving your Muscle Memory.. that extra MUSCLE.

Man.. WTF is going on with the UI navigation on @X for Android⁉️ REVERT the CHANGES. GOD DAMN, bro. Any combination of using the Back button, Home button, and Notifications.. isn't putting me back where my intention is to go😤 Jesus FUCKING Christ.. STOP PUSHING UPDATES to the main (live) app WITHOUT FIRST TESTING them! How incompetent do you have to be??? @XDevelopers

From the moment Optimum said he wasn’t going to release the file for people to print, I got the impression that he just wanted to sell ii, promoting it through his video and make a large profit, but this is ridiculous.

I feel like we're getting close to that point in time, of an entirely new (latest) sensor to become revealed. The 3955 variants.. are near their ceiling🤔

My faith.. being gracefully restored😌 🫲 😇 🫱 Come, come.. ALL ye faithfull! As for DPI's, are plenty!
These four clips have one thing in common: they're from when I switched from 4300 DPI to 8600 DPI. I remember during the first month of this change, I was legit cheating But now I don't know what to do Should I go back to 4300 and switch to 8600 again, or should I just jump straight to 17200 DPI?

Latest generation mice are very capable of performing well, across their entire respective DPI spectrums. It is 100% NOT placebo. It makes zero sense to label it as such, especially when the majority actively refrain from the very use of it. Simply due to the realization of its effectiveness. Conformity to lower DPI levels is merely an aspect of comfortability. Although some do not care for increasing their DPI, there are others who just aren't yet informed. And to that, I say.. STAY curious!

The testing is almost complete, now its up to you guys to decide which dpi looked best for me These are all the sensitivities I used in today's stream 0.2 / 4,300 DPI (felt like mud) 0.14 / 6,150 DPI (kinda snappy but still too slow) 0.08 / 10,700 DPI (pretty good) 0.07 / 12,250 DPI (pure butter) 0.06 / 14,300 DPI (pretty awesome) For those wondering if this is placebo effect, there will evidence showing why higher DPI is better for high sens in the replies
