I’m exhausted and disheartened as an attendant at @MaxHealthcare Hospital, Saket. Every promise of “patient experience” and “care” feels like just words on paper—never real action. Last night, my sister was locked inside a washroom for 1/2 hour, exhausted & scared when came out.

We are not just numbers or nuisances. We are people, caring for our sick, exhausted and scared. We deserve clean toilets, a place to sit, a moment to rest. We deserve to be seen, heard, and treated with compassion. Please, do better. Please, remember our humanity.
