This morning it became clear that the Democrats have resumed control of both the House and the Senate. That wasn’t really much of a surprise to me given how the current controlling party (Republicans) have been extremely lax in getting anything done. I believe that Trump threw away any chance of improving things with his narcissistic approach to running this country.  It is hard for me to understand how someone so successful in business could be so poor at the job of being President.  I attribute it to his attitude that he is perfect, that he always [thinks he] knows what is best, and that he seems incapable of admitting he is wrong. I liked many of his ideas but he has not been effective in bringing any of them to competition. I can only assume one of two things: 1) he is great at conceptualizing but can’t execute, or 2) he never believed in those ideas in the first place. Actually, I like it when the one party as control of the legislature and other one the executive branch as most things just get argued about and only the critical stuff seems to get done.  I do worry that we will have a serious uptick in the political attacks and special committees to analyze all the thing the Republicans have done wrong. I also worry that Trump will be vindictive enough to do something really stupid.  I hope I am wrong but I am guessing that the next few months will be very combative. I don’t think there is much hope for getting real problems addressed as all of the time will be dedicated to slamming the other party.  It seems we just keep getting further and further away from an effective government.

At 80 years old with a whonky left leg I am afraid of falling over on my follow through. Been playing for so long that any fear of a specific shot doesn’t really worry me — I figure it’s 50/50 that I’ll screw it up.

The answer is the same for both questions— all of them!
Need an update fellas. How many 20-handicaps has @GregChalmersPGA made cry? How many training aids has @LouStagner tried so far? And what are @4golfonline's current late-night plans?

The amount of golf knowledge represented here is incalculable— even with a spreadsheet 😎
Not sure about the rest of you, but for me, this picture is audible.

You know at this point I am not really sure I care anymore. It’s now all about the (obscene) money.
In the next ten years, will we again see one single unified professional tour for the highest level of golf?
