No need to wonder any more why those white women voted for Trump, their racism outweighed the need to control their own bodies..

New: Trump’s transition team is bypassing traditional FBI background checks for at least some Cabinet picks while using private companies to vet potential candidates for admin jobs, sources tell us.

Well that's awkward...
Turns out even Pierre's own Conservative colleagues don't agree with his plan to cut housing investments.

TRIGGER WARNING-VIOLENCE/LANGUAGE A 16-year-old Cree teenager was falsely accused of theft at Guilford Mall in Surrey, BC on November 12. According to her father (whom I’ve spoken to) she was targeted by mall security. The teen was with two friends who were non-Indigenous and not targeted. Her father said she was released by security afterwards, no charges. He says the family plans to pursue legal action, “Despite showing she had nothing stolen, these guards singled her out and used excessive force on her—causing emotional trauma and distress.
We’re taking legal action for assault, false imprisonment, and racial discrimination. This incident isn’t isolated; it reflects a disturbing pattern of racial profiling against Indigenous youth across Canada.”

Okay yes a second Trump presidency is terrifying but based on these Trump picks, I think there's a decent chance that stupidity gets in the way of the fascism. I think that's our hope: crippling idiocy.

Everyday he lies. And he repeats the lies, hoping that you will believe them. He lies to stoke rage and anger. This career politician will say anything to stay on the gravy train. Lying every single day. No solutions, just lies. #cdnpoli #politicalcartoon #pierrepoilievre

Listen Asshat,
Your lies about Remembrance Day were juvenile.
Don't double down.
How about you just shut it for 24 hours?
Show some respect for people who take Nov. 11 seriously.
Btw... let us know when you have passed a security clearance.
For the good of the country.
What an absolute disgrace that so many woke activists & authorities used Remembrance Day to push their divisive and radical causes, denigrating our history and the brave military members who sacrificed for it.
We are a proud country with a proud history, and everyone who lives here should be grateful to call Canada home.

The man is a liar, lying every day of the week.
But to use a day as important as Remembrance Day to lie says everything you need to know about Pierre Poilievre.
He is unfit for public office.
I thank the reverends who prayed at our services today and will pray this evening.

On this day in 1975, the Edmund Fitzgerald sank beneath the waves of Lake Superior during a massive storm.
The sinking took the lives of all 29 men on the ship, and became immortalized in Gordon Lightfoot's song.
Let's learn more about this tragedy.
🧵1/20

ALT The image shows a large lake freighter ship named "Edmund Fitzgerald" sailing on a body of water. The ship has a white superstructure with a red hull and is flying a flag from its mast. The sky is overcast, and there is a plume of smoke coming from the ship's smokestack, indicating it is in operation. The ship is well-known due to its tragic sinking in a storm on Lake Superior in 1975, which inspired the song "The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald" by Gordon Lightfoot.

The complete and utter nonsense of Andrew Scheer’s Tweet, combined with the hubris to even post it, combined with Conservative Party of Canada followers amplifying this nonsense tells you how far Canada’s democracy has fallen under harmful social media and Postmedia ownership.
