Good morning all, Well it's my turn today to face one of the lifestyle changes PD causes and giving up my job for the last 13 & half years. My employers have been great. Need to channel the routine of going into something else when can decide and focus what direction to go

Dancing with Parkinson's Online with @tealedanielle @JakaSkapin is open to anyone with Parkinson's who is interested in joining a live music and dance experience from their own home. Sessions will be available whether you have previously joined us for a workshop/ class, or not

It’s Jason, Mark’s brother here. Sadly, Mark passed away peacefully overnight. He was a truly remarkable man, and leaves behind his girlfriend Emily and baby daughter Eva who is 5 months old today. The biggest tribute you can pay to my brother is to stay at home.

Congratulations @KateSwindlehurs on her book about a seemingly unlikely combination - Parkinson's and Tango. Out April 2020. But no mystery to anyone who dances with PD. Dance is profoundly nourishing.
