Ok so here’s one for you. I changed my @ring doorbell for an Aqara one about 2 months ago. Since then the batteries in the Aqara last about a week! This morning I got a notification from the Ring door bell that’s its battery is low!

What is it with large corporations like @bt_uk and @qatarairways ? Once they reach a certain size, they totally fail at customer service, it becomes impossible for them to provide decent level of care.

Hey @bt_uk @BTCare what is the use of this text service? Requests consistently fail. I waited 30 mins then my call rang out but nobody answered. I am now 29 mins waiting for an online chat. I have an ongoing issue and complaint dating back to 18th September.

So @qatarairways this is an exact example of what you do. You take my details, ie flight number, booking ref etc, then you just ignore me. I sent you a DM as requested. Your service really sucks. This case has been going on since July, what’s the problem??

Hey @qatarairways , how do I go about making an official complaint about your service? You have ignored all my emails and phone calls and still I am waiting since July for help with my bag that you damaged?

What’s the point of using AI to write your notes, in #Obsidian for example? Isn’t a lot of the point for creating notes to learn yourself? Maybe I’m missing something? #pkm

I think it’s bad practice when companies send you emails from either noreply addresses, or when you reply, you receive and automated response directing you to their website. I’m looking at you @backblaze

I came across my old install disks for an early version of Unix I ran from ISC. This was back in 1992. #linux had not been out long but I recall it wasn’t much more than a kernel and handful of shell utils. Prior to this I ran SCO Xenix on a 286 PC.

It's magical how you can begin listening to a podcast in the Apple podcast app (not subscribed to). Pause the podcast via AirPods, unpause 20 mins later and Podcast begins playing your latest subscribed podcast. (I can't even find the podcast I was just listening to) MAGICAL.

Shopping for a WiFi router: We considered ourselves to be a powerful culture. This place is not a place of honor... no highly esteemed deed is commemorated here... nothing valued is here. What is here was dangerous and repulsive to us. This message is a warning about danger.
