Reminder that “a dad can become a mom” is the exact same math as “a man can become a woman.”
You can try to separate these things like you can try to keep a beach ball under water, but the truth keeps popping back up.
Brilliant❣️👏
Agentic AI adoption is on fire at @Uber, and it's changing the way we build, not just in engineering, but across the entire company.
Today, 99% of our engineers use AI tools. More than 70% of pull requests are attributed to local or cloud agents. And our engineers have built 2,500+ agent skills across the software development lifecycle.
Those numbers are exciting, but they led us to a much bigger question:
How do we bring agentic AI beyond engineering?
Finance. Legal. Operations. Marketing. Customer Support. HR. Procurement.
These functions run on complex workflows that are often manual, highly nuanced, and spread across dozens of systems. You can't automate them effectively by looking at process diagrams or documentation. You have to understand how the work actually gets done.
So we created something called Agentic Pods.
The idea is simple.
We handpicked ~30 of our most AI-proficient engineers (people with deep knowledge of Uber's systems) and paired each of them with a domain expert from a business function.
Then we gave every pod just two weeks.
• Days 1 – 2: Shadow the expert. Observe every step. Document workflows. Ask questions. Build intuition.
• Day 3: Prioritize opportunities based on scale, repetition, business impact, and data availability.
• Days 4 – 5: Build a working agent alongside the person doing the job.
• Days 6 – 9: Validate with several others performing the same work. Does it generalize? Does it actually make their job better?
• Day 10: Ship.
In just the past two months, we've run 16 Agentic Pods across 16 different business functions.
• Capital allocation across 150 cities: 15 hours → 30 minutes.
• Financial pacing reports: 2 days → 10 minutes.
• Marketing web quality assurance: 2 weeks → 50 minutes.
• Support workflow creation: 9,000 manual workflows → self-service automation.
The productivity gains are impressive, but what surprised us most wasn't the speed.
• It was how quickly engineers embedded in unfamiliar domains uncovered opportunities that had been hiding in plain sight.
• The biggest wins rarely come from automating one task. They come from rethinking an entire workflow. Once you redesign the workflow around AI, you often eliminate handoffs, remove unnecessary approvals, replace legacy tooling, reduce vendor spend, and dramatically accelerate decision-making.
• The workflow becomes the unit of automation - not the individual task.
• The most impactful agent skills cut across teams, orgs, functions, tools, and systems.
The biggest lesson? The best AI opportunities are rarely visible from the outside.
You discover them by sitting next to the people doing the work, understanding every friction point, and building with them, not for them.
We're now forming a dedicated team to scale this further and go deeper. They'll deeply understand the work, redesign it from the ground up, and use AI to fundamentally change how the business operates.
It's exciting times!
Let’s goooo Team George❣️🙏

Here’s a simple way to get unstuck when you’re worried, overwhelmed, or overthinking a decision.
Ask yourself one question:
What kind of thing am I dealing with?
Most issues fall into one of three categories.
1. Settled Things
These are things that have already been decided.
Your birth family.
Your nation of origin.
Your height.
Your past decisions.
Your upbringing.
Things you did.
Things done to you.
Some of these things were decided by your own past actions. Others were decided by God’s providence. As Paul says in Acts 17:26, God determined our appointed times and the boundaries of our dwelling place.
You can’t go back and change these things.
So the question is not, “How do I undo this?”
The question is, “Does this have any bearing on what I should do now?”
If not, leave it alone. Don’t spend your life fighting settled things.
2. Action Things
These are things you have some real control over.
Your diet.
Your exercise.
Your spending.
Your work ethic.
Your attitude.
Your friendships.
Your theological knowledge.
Your presentability.
Your habits.
Your skills.
These are your controllables.
You may not control everything about your health, finances, relationships, or future. But you usually control more than you think.
So if the issue falls here, don’t overthink it.
Take direct action.
Start small if you have to. Make the call. Go on the walk. Open the Bible. Apologize. Apply for the job. Pay the bill. Clean the room. Do the next faithful thing.
3. Prayer Things
These are things outside your direct control, but not outside God’s control.
The economy.
The weather.
The housing market.
The availability of a suitable spouse.
Other people’s choices.
Timing.
Open doors.
Closed doors.
You can’t force these things. You can’t grab the steering wheel of providence.
But God can act.
So you take indirect action through prayer. You ask. You wait. You prepare. You remain faithful. You do what you can do and trust God with what only He can do.
So ask yourself:
Is this settled?
Then accept it and learn from it.
Is this actionable?
Then do something.
Is this outside my control?
Then pray and trust God.
This is a simple framework, and yes, it’s a little reductionistic. But that’s the point. The goal is not to explain every complexity of life. The goal is to get you unstuck.
Most people waste too much energy trying to change the past, control what belongs to God, or pray about things they simply need to obey.
So categorize the issue.
Then act accordingly.
Accept what is settled.
Act on what is yours.
Pray over what belongs to God.

Rosaria Butterfield boldly sharing truth at the Answers for Women conference this weekend, apparently after eating a breakfast of Grape-Nuts sprinkled with gunpowder:
"...It's a sin to tell a lie, but it's also a sin to believe a lie. And so, there is no such thing as a gay man or a lesbian woman or a transgender woman (and then you can fill in all of the different categories that come under the umbrella, LGBTQ).
And the reason is because, in Genesis where we have to start, we are given our identity. Our identity is in the image of God, bearing it as a man or as a woman. There are two kinds of people in the world—a man or a woman.
A man who says he's a gay man is a man with a sin pattern that Jesus came to help set him free from if he will mortify it, repent, believe, go to war. It's very hard to do that. I'm not suggesting it's easy, but that is our job, and you know what? It's not just somebody whose indwelling sin is homosexuality who happens to have that call. It's everyone, because we are all born in the sin of Adam. And it is because of the sin of Adam that we have sin in our nature.
And that quite frankly means that every person in this room needs to wake up every morning, drive a thousand fresh nails into your choice sin and do that before breakfast and then do the same thing before lunch. And if you do that, Satan's gonna get a little tired of you.
But here's the problem, homosexuality is the only sin pattern with a civil rights group behind it. And therefore, people who are deceived, as I was and Christopher [Yuan], by the lusts of our flesh have a cheering community behind you, and this is where you get the rub.
You see, it used to be that the church was clear and the world was the world, but because we have wolves in shepherds' clothing, we have way too many young people who are leaving the true church and claiming, 'Well, my same-sex attracted pastor told me it's not a sin to be gay.'
And you know, we are to be wise as serpents and gentle as doves. I want to be gentle with the people who are trapped in the lie of LGBTQ, but I am not gentle with the wolves...I quite frankly think they need to get a job selling insurance until they repent..."
[Apologies for my shoddy video skills, but sadly, a big monitor was placed on the stage, blocking my view of the speakers for the Q&A.]

How to make slides with Claude:
1. Task
☑ Define what you want & what success looks like:
"I want to build a pptx presentation so that [SUCCESS CRITERIA]."
No "make me a deck about X."
↳ That's how you get 10 slides of nothing.
2. Context Files
☑ Upload your expertise and rules as files:
"First, read these files completely before responding: [filename.md] — [what it contains]."
Stop re-explaining your brand, your audience, your standards every single time. Put it in files.
3. Reference
☑ Show what you're aiming for. Upload an example.
"Here is a reference to what I want to achieve: [filename]."
No short prompts and hoping AI figures it out.
4. Research
☑ Claude searches before touching a single slide:
"Search the web using at least 5 varied searches (trends, data, expert opinions, case studies, counterarguments)."
It saves a structured research brief, organized by theme, with source URLs and key data points pulled out.
I like to add:
"Prioritize 2025–2026 sources. Flag anything where sources conflict or data is thin."
5. Slide Brief
☑ Turn research into a slide-by-slide outline:
"Each slide gets: a title, 3 key points, and any specific data/stats from the research that must appear on that slide."
No full paragraphs. Gamma will write the final text. Just give it enough structure and data to work with.
6. Rules
☑ Don't jump into making slides (yet):
"Do not generate slides yet." "Do not write full paragraphs."
A step-by-step approach takes longer, but makes (much) better slides. If you want to be faster, just go straight to Gamma.
7. Generate
☑ Pass the outline to Gamma as a presentation:
"Pass gamma-outline.md to Gamma as a presentation using textMode 'generate'. Use theme: [your brand theme name]."
Claude connects to Gamma for you. Like magic.
8. Theme
☑ Make sure to use your Gamma theme:
"Use theme: [your brand theme name]."
If you don't know how, I made a guide for teams at how-to-gamma.ai (scroll to the bottom).
After generating, review card by card:
→ Would I say this out loud?
→ Does this card earn its place?
→ Is the data right?
9. Alignment
☑ The prompt starts by asking YOU questions.
"Start by using AskUserQuestion to make sure you have enough context from me before researching."
Nothing starts until you're both on the same page. This replaces the old prompting era.
I teach you how Claude works at claude-co.work.
Copy the full prompt template + download my personal .md files for Claude by following this:
Step 1: Subscribe for free → how-to-ai.guide.
Step 2: You will have two choices: free or paid.
Step 3: Choose the free tier. Don't pay for anything.
Step 4: Open your welcoming email (wait 30 sec).
Step 5: Access my entire prompt library & md files.

Dear Democrats,
Last night was not politics.
It was a mirror.
When Iryna Zarutska’s name fell into the silence like a stone into still water, her mother’s shoulders shook. A twenty something girl, full of tomorrow, stabbed twenty times on a subway because someone who never belonged walked free. Anna sat there in the very heart of our Capitol, clutching a photo that should have been a hug.
You did not stand.
When Jacqueline Medina’s daughter was named, raped, murdered, gone, when Angel Families rose with faces carved by loss, you stayed down. Not one hand lifted. Not one voice said, “We see you.”
The marble pillars did not tremble. But something inside every watcher did.
Then came the words that should have united us. Stand if you believe the first duty of this government is to protect American citizens, not illegal aliens.
Republicans rose like dawn.
You sat.
Arms folded. Eyes fixed. As if the question were beneath you. As if grief were optional.
And then Omar and Tlaib. Shouting, “You killed Americans.” “Lies.” Pointing fingers. Storming out. Turning the State of the Union into a street fight while heroes waited. The hockey team with gold around their necks. The ninety nine year old veteran who bled for this flag. The soldier who pulled a child from floodwaters. The little girl smiling through pain because help came.
Some of you stood for them.
But when grief entered the room, you remained seated.
We are not naive. We know lines get drawn. We know borders are hard. But last night was not a vote. It was a vow.
America is not a contract.
It is a promise. If you live here, work here, raise children here, bleed here, you are safe. That promise died on that subway. And you let it lie there.
We love this country. Not the speeches. Not the suits. The quiet things. Flags on porches at dusk. Kids riding bikes without fear. Widows who still light candles on birthdays. We love it because we know what it costs.
You showed us last night what you lack. Not ideas. Not arguments. Heart.
A mother wept in your presence.
You did not rise.
That is the image history will keep. Not your buttons. Not your signs. Not your walkouts.
Just Anna’s tears.
And the empty seat beside her.
From Americans who still rise.
For the fallen.
For the living.
For the promise we will not let die.

This woman woke up at 4 AM in 20° cold, worked out for two hours, faced a packed college Monday… and her first thought?
“I woke up this morning. I’m healthy. I get to move my body. I get to learn. And above all—Jesus loves me. Not because of anything I’ve done. Just because I’m His.”
No complaints. Just tears of gratitude.
A beautiful reminder: The greatest privilege isn’t the workout, the degree, or the sunrise—it’s waking up known and loved by our Creator.
If you’re breathing today, you’re already blessed beyond measure.
Don’t let the noise steal your thankfulness.
He loves you more than you’ll ever grasp.
👏🎁🙏
I woke up this morning and was SO disappointed in the commentary from the Democrats.
Regardless of how they spin it, I want the @WhiteHouse to know that we appreciate the $1,776 bonus.
This helps out our military community more than you realize.
Thanks for seeing us, @POTUS

Once you understand the incentive, the reason for the behavior becomes obvious: they are importing a left-voting bloc that depends on government handouts.
A prominent example of this in America is Ilhan Omar and her Somali voting bloc in Minnesota, an area which used to be primarily Nordic-German.
Importing voters is a CERTAIN path to a single-party supermajority and has ALREADY happened at the state level in California and New York. It also explains why those states have BANNED VOTER ID in order to accelerate a permanent socialist supermajority, destroying any semblance of democracy.
We stand on the precipice of disaster, an end to America.
