Big shoutout to @Delta for excellent customer service. My son's girlfriend, visiting the U.S. from Japan for the first time, somehow booked her return flight through Minneapolis with a 16-hour layover. Kind and efficient Delta agents helped me get her routed through Seattle.
She'll save 24 hours in travel time and won't have to pay for a hotel in Minneapolis or spend the night at the airport. We had been unable to find a hotel that would let her check in at age 20, even with my credit card. #Relieved #ThankYouDelta
