What’s happening over at the fully automated @WizzAir as a result of the Italian airline strike is a perfect case study on why AI is not ready to run your business. Still selling tickets to canceled flights and chat “hanging up” when requesting refunds or to rebook.
And your “live” agents aren’t helpful with “book your own hotel” and “go online to search other flights” and then leaving the chat. Your site wants to charge me a fee to rebook without the email link….that’s broken.
