Hey @comEd You are the worst! I tried to move my account to a new address. Your computer system can't find the address that has been there since 1986. I had to call and wait 47 minutes to get hung up on. Called again 30 minutes later I was able to move my account
Without my permission I was connected to a "moving service" thinking this has to be part of the @ComEd move. No ,it's help I didn't ask for wasting more of my time! WTF!
