For the 1st time, we got nearly every member of Nine Spot Brewing under the same roof. For 48 hours we busted our butts, tried out recipes, worked on cocktails, and banged out projects so we can open our doors. I’m overjoyed and humbled that I get to work with these people.

SHARING TIME! A thread: So, approximately one year ago, I had a tweet semi-blow up in which I was excited over two things. 1) I had followed my passion and taken a job managing a craft brewery, and 2) I figured out how to play Epcot music in the production facilities.
We had an idea. Create a brewery from the ground up that valued its employees with fair wages and benefits. A brewery that actively cultivated and promotes diversity. A brewery that values collaboration and cooperation. And finally…
Create a brewery that celebrates all that is wonderful about our home, New York State. And so, @NineSpotBrewing was born. We’re about to announce our location and begin build out. I promise, the first opportunity I have, I’ll hook up our speakers and blast the Innoventions loop.

My first marriage, my wife got black out drunk. Wound up putting her on a luggage cart to take her back to the room. I ordered steaks and a GameCube to be delivered to the room to pass the time. Played Pokémon Snap and ate filet mignon till 3am.
