I feel like all these agency owners and Twitter “gurus” are talking about how easy it is to make content with AI but they forgot about coming up with original concepts.
That is harder.
Agree/disagree?
This is an incredibly well-made ad by @karma_shopping.
Why:
1. Social proof had me doing a double take
2. Using Amazon UI immediately disrupts my scroll and attracts my attention
3. Gives value in the same style an organic post would — I get a takeaway without even clicking
If you’re on the fence about whether to hire the lower-cost media buyer or the more expensive one,
DEFINITELY pick the cheaper one.
(A thought thread)
Sure, an expert may cost you a few grand more, but I promise you -
They will make you more money and save you time and headaches.
Bad media buyers can cost $10k in a stupid mistake inside the ad account.
I’ve seen it SO many times.
It may be more "expensive" to hire an expert.
It’s a fortune to hire an amateur.
2️⃣ Get "up to speed" on running ads yourself so you can keep them "accountable".
All media buyers are created equally — of course! How hard could running ads REALLY be?
Damn, this sounds cool.
Community building is 💯 the key to any valuable brand in 2024.
@ashvinmelwani great to connect with you and can't wait to learn from you!
My goal this April is to read.
Truly - I'm not reading anymore. Who can relate?
And if you DO read...what type of @AmazonKindle or e-reader are you using?
PS - back on Twitter after a LONG hiatus. I'm excited to be here again!

Navy SEALs have a saying.
When something sucks, they look at each other and say "full benefit".
It's an instant mindset shift.
The message: every adversity is an opportunity in disguise.
Welcome every shitty thing.
Get the full benefit.
Consistency is a product of dopamine.
Meaning, if you LOVE doing something, you're naturally going to create consistency from it. Here are a few examples of how that shows up in my life:
4. I mentally or literally take note of the most important parts of my day.
I imagine those things going well, and celebrate my ability to get to do them in the first place.
This is the hardest, the mindset work.
