I'm the investigative reporter that broke the GBI Strategies story you mentioned in your address to the nation. @jsolomonReports did a great job of amplifying my story!
While these cases have not been prosecuted, because we had a crooked FBI, DOJ and MI AG, it certainly doesn't mean crimes weren't committed!
- I was first to report to Jim Hoft of @gatewaypundit about the white van dropping off stacks of ballots on the day after the election at the TCF Center in Detroit.
- I also put together a team to go through hundreds of hours of Detroit drop box footage where we caught USPS workers dropping off stacks of absentee ballots in violatin of the law. I've found "voters" registered to vote from overseas at a coffee shop in Detroit with no residents.
-We found almost 26K absentee voters with no accompanying ballot envelopes in Detroit as part of our investigation of 1 million Detroit 2020 election documents reviewed and entered into @checkmyvote_org website that were obtained by @yehuda_miller in a FOIA lawsuit.
Would love to know how Yehuda, Phani and our team of volunteers can be compensated for the crimes we've uncovered from Detroit's 2020 election.
-I also broke the story about 6 non-citizens on the DHS Worst of the Worst list who are registered to vote in MI. Two of them voted in more than one election!

BREAKING: A MICHIGAN COURT JUST ORDERED BENSON TO TELL EVERY CLERK IN THE STATE TO KEEP THE NOVEMBER 3 POLL BOOKS.
The Court's words to Jocelyn Benson, Michigan Secretary of State: "Defendants are directed to instruct all local election officials to retain the EPBs from the November 3 General Election."
And Benson's deletion rule? "Defendants are precluded from enforcing Rule 168.48 pending the resolution of this matter."
Benson's rule: DELETE the poll book files 7 days after the election is certified.
Federal law: KEEP election records 22 months.
One township clerk asked which law to follow. Nobody answered. So Michelle McQueer sued.
In August, the Court protected her file, the ONLY one known to still exist, and barred enforcing the rule against her.
Today it extended that protection to EVERY clerk in Michigan, on an additional request from the RNC and Michigan Republican Party, who joined her case this month. Glad to have them in the fight.
Along the way, @TheJusticeDept and the @CivilRights division told the Court the Secretary "remains ultimately responsible" for preserving poll book data. And Benson's own data manager swore the list each precinct downloaded for Election Day "need not be uploaded."
Reconstruction is not preservation.
This isn't the final ruling. But no November poll book gets deleted while the judge decides. That's all one clerk asked for.

PICK A CRIME: That's the choice Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson handed my client, a township clerk.
A new state rule Benson made orders my client to DELETE the electronic poll book records of the August 4 primary within 7 days of certification. What’s the problem? Federal law orders her to KEEP those same records for 22 months, into 2028.
Delete them? Face up to 1 year of imprisonment under federal law. Refuse? Up to 90 days imprisonment under Michigan law. Every path carries a penalty aimed at my client personally. For trying to follow the law.
My client wrote Jocelyn Benson and the Director of Elections on July 6 and asked one question: how do I obey both? Thirty-seven days. NO ANSWER.
So we asked a judge, while the records still exist. No more waiting around. Declare which law controls. Preserve the voting records.
And the part that should get your attention: the same rule governs the NOVEMBER election.

RON ARMSTRONG UPDATE IN MICHIGAN: We're now at 630,000 votes that have been received through Michigan, and that number is, 310,000 Democrat, 307,000 Republican, which gives them a so called firewall of only 3,300 votes. The Democrats are usually way ahead in early voting, especially the first few days of early voting or mail-in voting.
Since Charlie Kirk's, murder last year, what we have seen in the churches and faith-based community is they have woken up because it became very real when that happened. I believe that is going to make a difference in this cycle and isn't being measured.

I protected Abdul for two years, I worked as his personal assistant/executive protection lead on his campaigns. I departed two jobs early from working abroad, moved to Michigan twice, and took paycuts averaging 50,000k.
I took his lovely wife to the hospital for visits when she was pregnant. His youngest daughter called me Mr. Jorjan. I painted him an original piece of artwork for his birthday.
I was happy to do and experience all of this. For his gubernatorial run he never mentioned foreign policy. During his senate run, his foreign policy was driven by a desire to invoke what seemed like misplaced revenge.
When I finally realized he didn’t actually care about civilians and peace, everything I had previously ignored or excused made it obvious to who he was and that I was on the wrong side.

Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson did government business from a private email address. Including with the Southern Poverty Law Center, her former employer, now under FEDERAL INDICTMENT for wire fraud and money laundering.
Now she wants to be your next governor.
A private email for state business. You've heard this one before.
Former Michigan Attorney General @Mike_Cox, my client and co-counsel, asked for the records.
Her own Department BLACKED IT OUT. Refused to say why. For 49 days.
Then a city clerk in Rochester Hills produced this in TWO BUSINESS DAYS. An official election meeting with other states' election chiefs. Sent to her Gmail.

Why does one address matter? Because state business done on a secret account is SECRET GOVERNMENT BUSINESS. Every email sent through it is a public record the public can't see and the state NEVER SEARCHED.
And that's the one we know about.
So today we asked a judge to rule: blacking it out with no explanation BROKE MICHIGAN'S PUBLIC RECORDS LAW. And to ORDER the Department to hand the blacked-out pages over to him so he can see for himself.
And she has 20 questions to answer. In her own name. By October 14. For example:
QUESTION 7: Is the blacked-out address the Gmail?
QUESTION 11: Has she used the Gmail to communicate with the Southern Poverty Law Center?
QUESTION 20: Has she DELETED state business from a private account since April?

A FEDERAL INDICTMENT AND A SECRET EMAIL: Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson has been using an email address that isn't her government account.
We know because her own department blacked it out. No exemption cited.
They blacked it out of records requested about Benson’s connections with Southern Poverty Law Center, which is under federal indictment on eleven counts including wire fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering. Their trial starts in October, the month before Michigan votes.
Former Attorney General @Mike_Cox asked for those records 113 days ago. He got thirty pages and a $5,154.97 bill. Unacceptable. What’s being hidden?

Then she hears Abdul El-Sayed's pitch: no premiums, no deductibles, no copays. If you're her, that sounds like rescue.
Now the fine print. He wrote the book on Medicare for All. Literally. Bernie Sanders wrote the foreword. "We don't really need private health insurance in this country." His words, on his own podcast. His plan outlaws private coverage for anything it covers.
Price tag? North of $30 TRILLION in the first decade. More than $20,000 per household, every single year, in new government spending. And she pays it at 25, at 35, at 45, at 55. Every check. Every raise. No opt-out. No cheaper option allowed for her.
That's what "free" costs her.
Now the second future. Here's what Mike Rogers could do for her:
Real prices, posted, so she can shop for care.
A catastrophic plan, legal at every age, so a broken leg doesn't break her.

In November, she picks which future. Somebody has to show her the second one exists.
Nobody needs a label. No one cares. She needs something to vote FOR.

Standing under the oaks in Jackson, where our Republican Party was founded, was truly humbling.
This is sacred ground. This is where ordinary Americans - outsiders, not the political establishment - had the courage to stand up, challenge the status quo, and launch a movement rooted in freedom.
That same spirit is exactly what we need in Michigan today.
