If you think that a woman being asked if she’s in the right toilet is worse than a 13 year-old girl having to share toilets and changing rooms with men, then you’re out of your mind.

@DpdUkOfficial_ well I am truly fed up with your poor quality service - especially when a driver claims to have tried but was unable to deliver, and takes a photo of part of a package with no details or surrounding. 4 adults in the house and no attempted delivery on 3ring cameras
Can anyone see this post…. I seem unable to see new posts and when I try to open a thread it says there is a problem

It shrouded all our Munich dead.

Their heart blood dyed it's every fold.

NC: Suppose you still had say a VP dining room. And someone tried to come in. It would be fine to say "sorry you can't come in, this is VPs only". Asking hypothetically.
AL We don't really do that anymore
NC: Parking spaces then?
AL Yes we have those

So a patient who has been “cared for” by them sees the post and is mortified and decides to go back due to embarrassment, knowing they are mocking her and dies because diagnosis and treatment missed/delayed?

I’m sorry, but if people can’t joke about normal life experiences, and the things healthcare workers deal with, then everyonbody needs to get over themselves. They were just having fun. Nobody was mentioned by name. Who is hurt over this?
Patients leave far worse gifts for staff all the time! 💩🤮

@A_MacLullich I think we both agree that use of language is extremely important both in medicine generally but also in delirium management. However, I do feel that it’s no surprise that it is difficult to get people to write delirium in the notes rather than acute confusion…
Curriculum for geriatric medicine talks of delirium gets internal medicine. Curriculum has acute confusion as the important presentation rather than delirium. Should we not be challenging?@JRCPTB on this.
Was washing line for me to climb in a quarry...am not sure how I am still alive

“Why are you taking all that rope?”
“We are climbing down a ravine”
See you tonight
Another strange thing is that kids would need to change bike tires once a year because they would wear out and kids knew how to change them.
